- A broken-open lockbox and a pile of coins together lead me to believe that I found the scene of a nefarious activity. The coins were not particularly old, but I could feel the pain of the person who owned the lockbox that was stolen. What else might have been in there?

I am in a coin club and metal detecting club with Lee Sanzo,. He suggested I watch your channel when I bought my AT MAX. I am glad he did. He also told me to learn my machine instead of buying a new one every 2 years like a lot of detectorists do. Good advice both times.
Whether you're finding pennies or bullets I'm always fascinated by what you do.
A; finding a Civil War era bullet would make my year, so I'll watch you find one any day, and
B; turtles are great.

Two great points you made 1). Bullets are what you like....and this hobby is just that .... What we enjoy. 2). Learn to be fast. ....... I rarely get more than 40 mins per hunt and my co-workers still expect me to find cool stuff .... so you have to spend time looking not recovering!

the amount of axe heads you find is surprising to me. axes last forever and wouldn't expect people just to chuck em in the river

Love my Garrett pinpointer and it really slows you down without it. Love the muskrat trap and the coin spill!
Since you're in the water and mud with no pinpointer, a 3 ft long or 2ft long sand scoop would be real easy to sift in the water, and dig targets out. 2 or 3 scoops full of mud would get all those coins out WAY quicker than one by one with a pin pointer in the mud. Hey, loved the vid, what a shame they weren't a civil war coin cache...Love your exploring Aqua !.

Really interesting with a great friendly manner. I was a little frustrated at first the way you were dismissive about some bleeps but then when you actually predicted what you had found (bullets) it was apparent you know your stuff. Terrific ☺

Derpy Pedro I can't right now. I've been battling a major injury with my teres major and other muscles, and the strain of water hunting is too much on my upper body. It takes all I have just to land hunt right now. If I can get healed up properly I'll definitely be spending more time in the water. :)

I like whatever your find. It's the thrill of the hunt. Who was the person who said that axe heads are not video worthy? Well don't listen to them because they don't know what they're talking about. I also have seen a video where an axe head was mounted to a pole on a spring and it made for easy wood chopping.
Watching this is a lot easier than doing it myself🙂

Your videos are always fun to watch. Detecting is a fun hobby and one that I used to do with my Dad. Now that I'm 45 I find that I'm turning into my old man when it comes to this kind of stuff lol. I think I'm going to pick this hobby back up again soon. Keep making the videos my friend. They are inspiring.

Hey Beau, I know I have suggested this before, but I think it would be nice if someday you could send one of those river axe heads to Jimmy Diresta and see if he can get it restored. He's great ar crafts and metal working.
Fun to watch! Never shut off the camera. That seems to be when I make my best finds LOL. Anyone who is telling you you don't find good things is still on the other side of the computer and not treasure hunting. You hunt for you and your happiness first and the rest will fall into place.
