@@TheKampungVegan that is so true! I had to stop myself from eating the whole loaf. Glad i shared it with my friends, vegans and non, because everyone absolutely loved it! I want to bake this again and again. Thank you so much for this amazing recipe!
Very fluffy and yum! Reduced the sugar to 75g of coconut sugar and it was perfect for me and my family. Also added a pinch of nutmeg and doubled the vanilla... first vegan bake with such impressive results! Thank you ❤
The cream of tartar helps the aquafaba whip quicker and will also stabilise the foam so it holds longer. I wouldn't recommend omitting this ingredient. Chilling the aquafaba helps it foam quicker too 😊
do you think you could make this with gluten free flour? and how would the measurement change with that kind of flour? thanks, i’m obsessed with your account btw !!
Thank you very much, that's so sweet! I see you on Instagram too ❤️ - It'll probably work if you sub it 1:1. But the texture won't be the same, it'll be very crumbly. You might have to experiment a bit!
You can make it without sugar just replace it with stevia or some natural syrup healthier than sugar, I dont think it would affect the texture and taste it would just be less sweet. Cake tastes better when its not overly sweet
Stop whatever you’re doing. Buy some pisang emas. Bake this now! It’s so so good!
Yay, I'm so glad you think so! 🍌💛 This banana cake is so dangerous to have at home, it's too good not to keep eating 😆

What is the function of cream of tartar ? Can I omit? Why should the aqua faba be chilled 🤔

Can somebody please tell me what is she adding to the aquafaba?
It's cream of tartar. The ingredients are all listed in the description box 😊

The bgm is quite distracting and hard to follow
Too much sugar my friend Pisang emas already very sweet. It's not very diabetic friendly and rather on the unhealthy side. Sorry.
.far too much sugar & too expensive to make
