I made it today. OMG. It tastes amazing. My family loved it too. Although if you're using a convection oven, I would suggest you to keep it for a shorter period. Keep checking after 30 minutes but all in all, it is the best banana recipe.
Hey , tried your recipe . Turned to be one of the best banana bread's I have ever made and ate!! Thank you for that and also the way you make it is absolutely gracious !! While I made the cake I replaced half the all purpose flour with wholewheat flour just to add some healthy touch. Also I added some dry spices to the flour viz. ginger powder, some cinnamon powder and pinch of nutmeg. It turned out to be great!! Also my cake was done in 35 mins , baked it as given by you at 180 degree Celsius.

Made the cake, its perfect, made a few changes, as didn't have yogurt instead used buttermilk, and was baked in 50 min, in airfryer. It came out perfect delicious, yummy. Thank you for the recipe and your efforts 🙏

Hello! We made this today. We aren’t vegan but we don’t eat meat/egg on certain days due to religious reasons, and we had very very ripe bananas that were super soft and black, so we decided to make banana bread on a whim! It turned out great! Very light and fluffy and even though our bananas were super ripe, it wasn’t too sweet at all. The only changes we made were: 1/2 cup fine sugar instead of 3/4 (we ran out of sugar lol) 1/3 cup of 2% milk instead of whole milk No raisins, no chocolate and no almonds (didn’t have them at home) And instead of yoghurt, which we didn’t have, we used homemade buttermilk (mix 1 cup milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice and let it sit for 15-20 mins). Oh, and also, we used a square tin instead of a loaf pan. Ended up being a good decision because you can cut cute bite-sized pieces and it lasts longer ;) This was the first time we made any bread at all. We made almost everything else that was trending in the early days of quarantine, but couldn't get to this for some reason, and today, we finally made it. Will definitely be coming back to this recipe again and again. Thank you! :)

Thank you so much for putting grams! I just reduced the sugar amount to 120gr and instead of chocolate I put pecans. Baked for 43 min and it came out incredibly soft and delicious! Will definitely repeat again :)
It turned out heavenly! I used a kitchen scale to measure all ingredients. The measurements mentioned in grams are very precise. However I had one issue - I compared all my measurements to their respective cup sizes and noticed that while the rest of the measurements were perfect, 75g vegetable oil was more like 2/3 cup or 3/4 cup instead of 1/3 cup. Maybe look into it again? Thanks for the great recipe overall! I’m gonna be using this a lot! :)
