Do they offer the Sedan with red interior?? Not a fan of the hatch but it has that sweet red interior. The 6 has it too but no awd and no updated infotainment screen :/
Awsome car! ...My dad bought me a Mazds B2200 pick up when i finished high school back in the day, and i kept it 10 yrs, so i have a special place in my heart for Mazdas... And i love that shade of red on red cars😁
Jonathan Sewell it’s possible. I’m planning to buy Mazda 3 hatch with manual in next few months. I hope they fix most of bugs on sensors to make more reliable for long term ownership.
Find a new car sales person up here in Minnesota and I really appreciate these videos! Your way of presenting is very easy to understand and you show off how beautiful the cars are! Thank you!
Cylinder deactivation was never offered on select. And that is the primary reason I went with it. Cylinder deactivation ruins the car, you can feel when it turns off and on plus the roughness it introduces. Also, those systems can render an engine useless or very expensive to fix. Hoping the new 2.5t does not offer it. I for one will wait for an aftermarket turbo kit to be available for my Mazda 3 select
I’m not really sure of the long term effects of cylinder deactivation, but it isn’t available of the 2.5 T because they use the exhaust of the outer cylinders to precharge the turbo.
@@JSS There will be effects to your wallet. the Cylinder deactivation systems are very unreliable and a wear item. See LS engine cylinder de-activation systems they did not age well, most just end up deleting it a huge labor expense. Great to hear it's not on the 2.5N/A. Perhaps I'll be able to piece together a OEM turbo kit for my 2.5t and run it at lower boost if compression is lowered on 2.5t.
Strange. I drove a 18 CX5 for 2 years and now have a 20 3 hatch AWD - both reportedly with onboard CD - and yet I have not once ever noticed anything out of the ordinary. I have a very spirited driving style. Maybe it never has a chance to kick in...

No more cylinder deactivation? Yeaaaaah! I have a 2017 6 and was disappointed when they added it to 2018 & up models. Not needed on a 4cyl car that gets over 33MPG.

Great job as always man 👍, As Saudi Arabia at the moment have 0 cx5 , we are waiting for the next shipment of cars coming from Mazda, late September, any hope of it being the 2021 models ?
My partner and I just bought a Mazda 3 2021 on Black Friday. After a month though, we realize they sold us the BASE model, not the SELECT model, just this video proves this and now I don't know what to do. We had requested a Select M3 2021 in the blue color - which the dealership had to 'buy from another dealership' 70 miles away. We waited hours and had already done the paperwork while we waited for the car to arrive. Any suggestions? The person who sold us the car isn't being helpful.
Robert William , I have one in the Netherlands and the auto start with you iPhone will not work at all. The save iSence system works only when its not raining or when there is no fogg. That are the moments you need this systems! So take care to buy one.
Bought a Mazda 3 Premium last Tuesday. It's like a Mercedes at a quarter of the price. The interior of the Mazda is so classy VS. the A220 Mercedes is just plain ugly or gimmicky looking.

Great video. Here's the deal with this car. I own it and I Lov.............um.....am in deep like with it? It is all 8's! Except when it comes to acceleration, or the Automatic transmission. Or the Adaptive Cruise control, and the the fit and finish, and the lack of steering feel. Or the terrible key fob function or the tiny, tiny 10 gallon fuel tank. Fit and finish: It's not the interior or the looks of the car, Mazda nails all of that. However, if you need to clear morning "fog" from your mirrors, back window or door windows, other than the windshield, forget it. The "Rear defrost" takes way too long to even see the lines on the window. Unlike VW, when you roll the windows down, then back up, they don't even remotely clear the window of condensation/fog. This car is So good in some areas and is sooooo bad in most others. The Auto trans is just terrible. Shift? Um......wait....what? Um faster? or slower....wait what? Oh you wat to go faster? Gotcha....we're gunna go slower to go faster....um then just not even go at all, but wait, here we go.......uh, sorry, my bad....wait, what did you want me to do? It's so bad I'm looking for a new car after only 5k miles with this brand new Mazda 3 Select sedan. The adaptive cruise control is so awkwardly done it's not worth having. Buyer's remorse is heavy here and I love Mazda. The good? Looks nice, comfy, interior is swinging a little above its weight class. The trunk space is adaquate-ish. That's really it. Rear seats are useless unless your passengers are elementary children. The "Sport" setting just rings out the underpowered, 2.5l, motor to an uncomfortable feeling rev line with no handling features whatsoever. Huge swing and a miss here. That said, it is pretty for the most part. If it wasn't for the thousandth time slamming on the gas pedal yelling at the top of my lungs"F****** Go you piece of........." I'd recommend it. The car is just short of garbage.
