Don't sweat about the blurryness, this game throws particles left and right that exeeds youtube's bitrate to look ok, if you want it to look sharper you need to turn down the Blur and turn off the volumetric fog Edit: oh, and TAA as antialising will also make the screen blurry
i'm using kbm bc i'm really bad at camera with a controller + i've never played shooters so i don't actually know how to aim things unfortunately LOL ;_; i might try it one day!
@@stalvods I also prefer controllers, but you can easily play with a mouse and keyboard. As already mentioned, just adjust the keybinds for you and it will work. ;) P.S. Good job with the Chargeblade, I've rarely seen people understand the mechanics so quickly. Happy hunting and have fun!

I’ve just started playing World again too! I played it back on release but never played Iceborne. After RiseBreak, I’m doing a whole new playthrough with Switch Axe and having loads of fun! Knowledge and skill pretty easily transfers to each game even with some mechanics/moves being a little different.
hello ms stal! i also play bow on m&k and firing dragon piercer can done by simply pressing "c" while aiming(holding right click). for the thousand dragons, u aim>press q>then c. i dont know if u stayed with bow and i didnt see any tip from the comments. anyway, happy hunting!

@@stalvods I agree. It took me almost 200 hours to figure out, that I am a Switch Axe main. I tested many weapons, especially Insect Glaive, Charge Blade, Sword and Shield. But none of these weapons gave me 100% of what I needed, only Switch Axe did.

Unfortunately I won't be able to accompany you on your play-through, since personally these badly animated overlay-avatars are really putting me off. I actually don't mean so much the animations themselves (they are bad too though) but rather how fast and true the avatar follows your facial expressions in real time. It's like 90% of the facial "message" gets lost during that poor data conversion. Don't get me wrong, your avatar itself (the drawing/style) is really beautiful though! (Also I'm spoiled and used to crispy videos by now 😅) I will probably be able to watch those avatars when the facial translation technology gets (significantly) better, which should only be away a few years now with the new live AI deepfakes popping up left and right. It's good news from that point of view. But I'm sure you have your reasons for using an avatar and I respect that. Edit: aaw, It's doubly unfortunate since I just read a few comments and saw you have chosen the Bow. I would have been interested in seeing a Bow play-through since it is *the* single weapon that never klicks for me in any Monster Hunter game. My weapon usage chart (you can check out yours in your Guild Card by the way) often looks like: 1000+ of uses with main weapon, hundreds of uses with every other weapon - and then like 3 uses with Bow. Ouch 😆 I was hoping at some opportunity I would get to see the appeal of it. I guess it isn't this time either. 6:18:00 you could not craft any of the weapons because there are 2 options. craft a new weapon (you can only do that to cetail weapons you can see the borders on the icons) upgrade weapons-> here you select YOUR equipet weapon (it will have a E on the icon to select) there you can upgrade to any tier. the reason you could not see the materilas/weapons is that you were in the "craft a new weapon" section you need to go to the upgrade section. the UI for crafting is reallly bad for new players but once you got how it works its fine.
Palico always talk it's just the developers never really got voice actors to do the voice for the polico and the hunters until rise/sunbreak but now they got full VA for wilds now.

I 100% agree. Controllers are much more comfortable to play with in MH than keyboard. If you can Stal, I highly recommend getting a controller.
