Same here. I was just a kid granted, but I saw GBII a lot and not GB and thought that the content of GB II is what GB was all about. When I finally did see GB as a kid, I wasn't old enough to get the humor and thought that it seemed bland by comparison, like a prequel. As a kid I was more into the ghosts, special effects and villains. While as an adult I did come to see why the majority of fans feel the way they do, I've never lost that liking for GB II for what it was. Sure, people can dislike GBII all they'd like, but I'd say that I like both movies and will never forget how GBII made me feel as a kid.
The reason the franchise will never be like the first is that simply the first film wasn't marketed as a family film. It was an adult film with swearing, smoking, and sexual innuendo. But kids went to see it anyway. A few years later came The REAL Ghostbusters animated series. And the kids who were too young for the film were introduced to The Busters this way. By the time the next movie was made the adult humor was toned WAY down and gone were the smoking and salty language. Columbia desperately wanted the child audience along with their parents. And this is why the franchise is currently about kids. They want some of that MCU style money.
Actually though I see your point as I grew up with the first two installments plus the animated series, the second film contains smoking. Ray Stanz visibly smokes cigars (like I smoke) in two scenes: The late night meeting with the Mayor of New York plus when they're using the Slim Blowers to load up the mid region of the Stature Of Liberty with positively-charged slime.🚬
Very much agreed, I still don't understand why people didn't embrace it back then. It was more the kind of movie that both kids and adults could enjoy. And I like that it had a more positive storyline that was more hopeful and I liked the idea of fighting evil slime with more positive slime that worked whenever there were positive emotions and feelings. I don't know, it had more of a warm and fuzzy feel about it and I like that. I liked the message. Fast forward 25 years and I feel that it's definitely more appreciated now and is considered a classic right up there with the first one buy many fans. Because it's so repetitive that it's formulaic, because it neither advances a story nor accomplishes anything. And it's tonally a totally different world
I never understood it either. I mean if someone says the first movie was great but they don’t like the second movie if anything the one complete I can understand is that it is kind of the same movie again. Not the exact same, but it follows the same path. I’ve even watched TH-cam channels that complain that it’s pretty much just doing the same thing the first one did but if the first ones great and the second one is just doing the same stuff over again that can’t mean it’s terrible. Is it as good as the first one? No I don’t think so but that doesn’t mean it’s bad either. And honestly back then I don’t remember a lot of people complaining about it being terrible, it didn’t have a big box office like the first one, but it was also going up against the first Michael Keaton, Batman movie, and for people that we weren’t around back then you have to understand that that Batman movie completely changed how people viewed comic book movies, how movies studios, viewed comic book movies and really how America looked at Batman. Like before that, it was only the Adam West version of Batman that people that didn’t read the comics new, this was the movie that showed everyone who Batman was in the movie was a juggernaut. There was no way a Ghostbusters sequel was going to be able to compete with that. I think if the movie would’ve come out in 1986 I think it would’ve done a lot better I do think maybe they waited just a couple years too long. But yeah, people completely blow it out of proportion it’s not a bad movie at all.
Traditionally at least back then, sequels made less than the first film on average. It feels like one of those things where in pop culture it has become mainstream so most people now believe it. Most people will tell you that empire strikes back is the best star wars film but they dont realize that is because they have just been programmed to believe that and havent really made that decision for themselves. The best example is the narration voiceover in blade runner. Most people will tell you the better version doesnt have it. But I will bet 98% of them have never actually watched the entire film with it.
@robotpanda77 Like Ruben&Ed and Muriel'sWedding, EmpireStrikesBack is awesome👌 That is not a "programmed" opinion it is simply extremely engaging and harrowing
The Courtroom Segment is chockfull of quotable lines from everyone. It felt like a return to form in some way, with the only exception being the whole "And you don't want us...exposing ourselves" bit that you could tell Bill Murray found not even chuckle worthy in his facial expression while delivering the line.
Ghostbuster II is a guilty pleasure of mine. It is nowhere near as good as the first by any means. I just look at it like day old pizza its not as good the next day, but I enjoy it all the same.

I never looked at Ghostbusters like it was a complete comedy. Definitely an action comedy. I guess because I was a kid of the 90s and I had all the toys and video games and such, I looked at Ghostbusters like more than just a basic comedy, it was definitely action-filled and also scary. So it was like a weird combination of things but I never looked at as purely a comedy.
@@petersmithyy4556Ghostbusters has more in common with Porky's and Caddy shack than it does with action films. Remember the first movie only has one actual ghost hunting scene in the whole movie. The finale is a bit different
Sadly Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire just continues with the "awfully average script with lots and lots of vapid fanservice and callbacks to the original movie even when it makes no sense" direction. The story also kinda felt like one of the less good episodes of the Real Ghostbusters cartoon. I don't want to "take away the joy" out of the people who are perfectly happy with this, but I can't say I'm happy that this is the state of the series. By this point I'll just stick to the first movie being just a classic '80s film that never really needed to be a franchise.
Nerd negativity stemming from sequels not living up to the fan fiction they create in their own minds are the only problems with franchises like these. The latest Ghostbusters was a fun movie that kids especially are latching onto which is what it should be.
Yeah, it's one of those things - at the time it was disappointing and weak compared to the first one. However, there's been so much trash over the last twenty years that it looks pretty decent now.
Because it is not good. Ghostbusters was better as a stand alone film. Period. Full stop They have YET to recapture the lighting in a bottle that was rhe first film.
I’m gonna stick up for G Busters 2 and I’m going all in!.GB2 had some of the funniest moments of the entire series..Bill Murray’s World of the Psychic was hilarious!.”Hairless Cats..Weird”..Same can be said for the Court Room scene with Rick Moranis killing it as the Ghost Busters lawyer..Classic and very funny!.And lastly, you get Bill Murray pretty much in his prime..And he just may be the coolest guy who’s ever lived on this Planet..So if there’s hate for GB2 I don’t get it.
Back in the early 2000s, I came up with a basic pitch for a new Ghostbusters sequel/reboot. It would've starred Will Ferrell, Vince Vaughn, Jack Black, and Chris Tucker as the new gang, as well as the rest of the old gang. Will Ferrell = Egon-type, Vince Vaughn = Venkman-type, Jack Black = Ray-type, Chris Tucker = Winston-type. The beginning of the movie would start with the old team trying to bust a ghost(s). They succeed, but just barely. They realize they're getting too old to keep up, so they go through a hiring process and end up with the above mentioned trainees. The new team gets a new car, new Proton Packs, new uniforms, equipment, etc. They encounter the Main Bad Ghost Villain and the movie unfolds. Ghost busting montage. By the end, the new team is having their climactic showdown with the new Ghost Villain, and they get their butts handed to them. It seems like all is lost. Suddenly, the old team shows back up in the old car, with their old suits and equipment, and they join forces with the new team. With their combined efforts, they manage to defeat the Ghost Villain. The end.
I actually "enjoy" all of the GHOSTBUSTERS films, though of course two through AFTERLIFE never come close to the greatness of the 1984 original. I do look forward to any possible upcoming videos on the DIE HARD, TERMINATOR, BEVERLY HILLS COP, EXORCIST and JAWS films. Love the channel!
5:09 I was following you until you said cheesy soundtrack. The soundtrack for Ghostbusters was one of the best of its time but if you weren’t living teenager at the time of its release, then I can understand why you would think it was cheesy.
Anyone that didn't watch Ghostbusters 2016 because they saw the trailer and hated it saved themselves the spectacular disappointment of the actual film, I envy them.
I just recently stumbled onto this channel, and I really enjoy the content! Definitely well researched as well as entertaining retrospectives, as a film buff this channel is definitely on point 💯
I was born in 1973. And my parents would set me down as a toddler to watch The Ghostbusters of the 1970's. The Ape Tracy was funny, as he drove the car... Later it was call let's Go Ghostbusters cartoon... That needs a reboot....really
@@monkeyzorr3090 Can you point a timestamp for this, because it's not in this video? Why lie and slander over a something that would be nitpicking, even if this was true?
I fail to see much of a difference between the first movie and the second movie. They both were definitely funny but in different ways, the first movie was probably a little more adult-oriented and the second one was definitely good for both families and adults. In some ways I definitely prefer the second one. Janusz is hilarious, my whole family loved that guy and still does with the accent. What can I say, tomatoes tomtoes. Some people like the first ones humor better, some people like the second ones. But I can't even picture one movie without the other. I just find it strange that literally all the things that this video claims were unfunny in the sequel, I found to absolutely hilarious. And most of my family, we all love the second one. In some ways more so. So what can I say, everyone has different versions of what they find funny I guess! How can you not mention the world of the psychic part? That's absolutely one of the most memorable and funny moments of the entire movie. And blaming it for being convoluted, have you even seen the new one? That movie is so cram packed with so many damn things going on and too many characters, makes Ghostbusters 2 look like a very linear simple story by comparison. Both movies are excellent and a ton of fun!
I find it hilarious. I mean the dancing toaster, Vigo was scary as hell and I still have a hard time looking at that painting. Let's face it viggo was a much more awesome and intimidating villain then gozer. I just found the second one hilarious, the script was excellent and it was just great to see all the guys back a few years later and seeing them do other things when they didn't ghostbust. And of course Bill Murray is still perfect, and he brought the perfect level of humor and lightened up any of the Vigo scenes which honestly terrified me. And of course yanoosh, how can you not find that little guy hilarious in every scene he's in haha! And the tunnel scene! Still to this day scares me and I'm almost 40!
There hasn't been one Ghostbusters movie of recent years that has unseated the video game as the true and worthy sequel. Neither has there been anything that disqualifies 1972's "The Asphyx" as an unofficial but very connected Ghostbusters prequel.
23:34 I’m legit shocked at how completely lacking in self awareness Paul is. Even Kate is staring at him like “dude, shut UP! Why are you saying THAT in an interview?!”
The trouble is that, essentially, everything that isn't the first movie is pretty non essential. The cartoon feels like probably the only relevant follow up, and that's mainly because it realised the idea that most of the movies only hint around the edges of: the day to day life of a Ghostbuster, going out on jobs catching ghosts. I can't help wonder if a televised revival is what the franchise needs to be relevant. All these movies just seem pointless.
A video made because of a 2016 reboot and just because people didnt like frozen empire. Why can't everyone grow up. If you dont like the movies why bother being a fan.
_"Keep up the good work..."_ Would that be the good work where he conveniently reduces the reaction to the fake Ghostbusters to sexist on-line trolls and leaves out all nuance?
I don’t get the hate for Ghostbusters II it appears it’s just become fashionable to hate on GBII sure it’s hard for any sequel to surpass any original but number two was still a good Ghostbusters film. It appears haters try really hard to hate GBII. At least GBII is infinitely better than that 2016 abomination
Ghostbuster 2 wasn’t great, but it wasn’t terrible either. Yes, it goes off the rails, but it was’t suppose to be taken serious. Compared to the garbage out today.
When you look at Ghostbusters 2 in hindsight especially compared to the newer movies, boy it's actually really excellent. But then again I never had a problem with Ghostbusters 2, I grew up with it just as much as I grew up with the first one. And I always enjoyed it and I still in many ways enjoy it, in some ways more than the first. I don't see what the hate was at the time, but then again, timing is everything. It did come out a full 5 years after the original, so while it is a fun movie that for me is just as good as the first one, I think that sometimes you just can't get lightning in a bottle again.
In 1984 something special happened. The right people came together at the right time and made a movie that became an unexpected hit. It was a perfect self-contained story as most films were allowed to be in those days. The enormous success of the Real Ghostbusters cartoon series in 1986 took Ghostbusters from a single hit live action movie to a powerhouse brand with huge merchandise potential. This second wave of was a blessing and a curse. It is what made Akroyd and Ramis forgo their no sequel standard and green light the film that became Ghostbusters 2. As I said before, something special happened in 1984. Indeed, the same people came together in 1988 however, it was a forced union. The film they made this time was not the result of an organic process. It was a cash grab that did nearly everything the same hoping lightening would strike twice. Ghostbusters was never meant to be a bloated film franchise. Forcing it to be for the sake of milking the brand for money is the reason every subsequent installment has failed. The magic that happened in 1984 is never going to happen again.
The reboot didn’t work because it was a goofy comedy all the way to its core. It’s funny, but it doesn’t feel like a Ghostbusters movie. Part of what’s great about the original is that it has real creepy horror elements. The ghosts are scary. The reboot has none of that.
Hahaha I really love the analogies... To be honest, the best thing i put my hands and eyes on (besides the first movie) is the game, its clever, its funny, has nostalgia moments and pretty new good moments. The problem of the movie that the game doesn't have its the time to know more and more about this guys. In the movies, has the necessity of action, of thrills, jumpscares and so on. The game presents you with a lot of small jobs, day by day. It shows the reality of this workers, the exploration, the investigation, the knowledge, the capability of recognize the entities, the places they go, the ghosts they trap, even the hardware they cook and assemble in a hurry to enhance their job. The game never loses the time for jokes, the time for action, the time for dialogue and explanation... Every character has its moments, and its a long game too, and i don't get tired of playing. Because even if you fight an interdimensional boss, you gotta to bust some ordinary ghost tomorrow... And i think this is the charm this series lost. Its not about the world, its about this guys doing their job... The movie sequels never had time to the viewer see the universe where this guys lives, its a pit...
Harold Ramis WAS Ghostbusters. The universe he continued to build through animation was as deep and unique as any great Sci fi franchise. The extreme Ghostbusters was amazing and should have been the live action sequel
Nothing corny about 1989 - remember the Soviet Withdrawal from Afghanistan, Tianemen Square, and Laura Palmer. Everyone has the power to change the world
After seeing Ghostbusters forty years ago I recognized that this franchise has a very limited range of possible stories, so I didn't bother with any of the sequels.
I believe that Afterlife would have been improved Paul Rudd had played Egon's son and Mckenna Grace had played his granddaughter as I found the other characters quite useless or insufferable.
I think Ghostbusters 2 is alright, Ghostbusters 2016 isn't as bad as its rep but isn't good either. I like Afterlife as well. Having the marshmallows appearing again is a very Gozer thing to do though and is a mockery towards the Ghostbusters.
I am 40. Ghostbusters I and II have always been my favourites. I watchem so many times... It wasn't about the ghosts and the special effects. It was about Egon, Ray and Peter. That's the magic who coudl not be recreated.
Trying to play off the all female reboot as "anti-woke hysteria" and that "it was destined to fail because it had so much to live up to" and pretend it is good is a bit of a stretch. If that was true than afterlife would have failed as well or the game but they didnt. That films political focus not only cost sony hundreds of millions, but it cost them hundreds of millions more in lost sequels, toys, spinoffs etc. The filmmakers immediately called everyone that didnt like it racists and sexist only making things worse. Its just not a good film, the opening titles show that so clearly. A college student film class level editing with no logo, text isnt even centered. The incredibly iconic score cut short. Even if the movie was good the fact it is still so hated makes it worse if anything. If a restaurant has good food but everyone hates it and the owner, than that owner failed somewhere down the line. Afterlife looks just as woke and bad but due to nostalgia people gave it a pass.
Finn Wolfhard is not wanting to retire really don't get how those out of context moments show that quite sure we've only seen the beginning of his amazing career soon to be
The reason there always has to be the OG Ghostbusters in the sequels is because Ivan Reitman tried to make a Ghostbusters-type movie(Evolution), and it didn't make enough money. Studios are too scared to invest a suitable budget without the safety net of the Ghostbusters IP/original actors.
The real problem with GB2016 is the reaction from the cast and crew to the reaction to the trailer. Instead of maybe taking the criticism and going back to the drawing board (similar to what happened with the first Sonic the Hedgehog live action movie) they went hard woke and called all the critics sexist and racist (which they weren't).
There's a video essay somewhere on youtube that asserts that the first Ghostbusters was essentially a clever critique of the Reagan administration and Reaganomics.
It's the reverse. Reitman was a conservative/Libertarian. If anything, it's a movie about a small business going up against the bureaucrats of the EPA.
Actually I think that's what the video essay was saying and I misremembered it. Funny patterns emerge when you watch the movie from that angle though.@@Ben-pd2bx
It's not. As Ben pointed out it's 'small business = good guys' despite how much they played fast and loose with safety vs the government (represented by the EPA) being the bad guys. Thing is Peck was right in both the first film as well as in FE. In GB1 they're putting people & the environment at incredible risk. In FE it's that along with child welfare & endangerment issues. About the only bad things Peck does is shut down the power grid in GB1 and threaten the firehouse (a historical landmark & private property) and Ecto-1 (again-private property).
Your claim that Ghostbusters 2016 has a couple of decent jokes is false, or least it's more accurate to say it contained a couple of decent jokes but totally fucked up the delivery. Damn I hated that film. I wish I could unwatch it.
1984. NYC is a dark, dirty place, that is seen as ungovernable in many places. It makes sense that on top of the crime, and garbage, and urban decay, there would be an awakening of an evil spirit. Add in a cast and director who are at the top of their games, with a funny, competent script that was adult oriented with a science fiction bent, and you have the making of a phenomenon. Lightning in a bottle as it were. But Hollywood can never leave well enough alone. The subsequent sequel was ok, if not forgettable, but not a stain on the originals legacy. Then the reboot nobody was asking for. Then a sequel which rehashes the same villain, then another sequel that shoehorns in every character that ever existed in the original. They’re chasing ghosts down a rabbit hole of mediocrity, but they know that audiences will pay for the privilege.
29’56” They didn’t release Gozer. Also, Afterlife didn’t have any connection with Answer The Call, because how could it? GB 2016 was a reboot, not a sequel. Afterlife wanted to be connected to the first two films.
None of these greedy executives UNDERSTAND Ghostbusters. It's not about Proton Packs, or Slimer, or the Ecto-1, or Gozer - those are just the skin. Ghostbusters was about the chemistry between the leads, the comedy, and the soul. You could make a Ghostbusters film where the leads try to catch ghosts with fishing nets and harpoons, as long of the chemistry and comedy is there.
I watched Afterlife for the first time only this week. I wasn't expecting much, I too thought there was only one film in the Ghostbusters idea. But I found it to be not bad. Some nice nostalgia bait, inlcuding the spooky music before the opening credits, and many other throwbacks for the rest of the movie. I'm still not down with the "Kids as ghostbusters" concept. But the actress playing Phoebe had enough charisma to really carry the film despite its numerous third act issues and basically retreading of the first film. It's a shame that the original cast felt like they only had half a day to learn their lines. A nice send of for Ramis, although his extended silence was deafening. It wasn't bad. I'd rate it above Ghostbusters 2.
The original Ghostbusters was lightning in a bottle, so naturally, any sequel to it is going to be hard-pressed to live up to it. That said, Ghostbusters 2 still manages to be a pretty good movie. It's just not a masterpiece like the first one was.
I kinda liked Afterlife, but Frozen Empire looks terrible. Moranis had the right idea of making it a TV series, much like The Real Ghostbusters, which was great.

@bdr113080 GB2 is awful🗑👻
@robotpanda77 Like Ruben&Ed and Muriel'sWedding, EmpireStrikesBack is awesome👌 That is not a "programmed" opinion it is simply extremely engaging and harrowing
Rick Moranis’ rant in the courtroom in GB2 always cracks me up.
Everything is a literal product of it's time and I dare you to find something that it legit timeless in all facets.
What about tea?
@@Jack_MxM good point or coffee although tastes change now people have tea thats very sweet and iced
@@Jack_MxM Tea is a product of its time. The tea we have today would not be the same as victorian era tea, which too is not the same as the earliest consumption of tea in the Shang Dynasty of China. And thats not counting the different teas we have today - consider that indian chai tea is itself a product of the introduction of tea to India by the British. And, to add on to that, chai tea is a repetition - chai is Hindi for tea.

Nice work, Please do Terminator next
I know right? And I don’t even hate parts 3 or 4, but T2 was SO great, and such apart of people’s teenage years and young lives, it was seemingly impossible to follow.
Yes it would be perfect for this
nice night for a walk
Making a sequel is hard enough.... Making a sequel to a comedy is next to impossible!!!
You can't capture lightning in bottle twice, just a fact
Why do people say GB 2 is bad, like anything that comes out now is even as close.
Yeah, it's one of those things - at the time it was disappointing and weak compared to the first one. However, there's been so much trash over the last twenty years that it looks pretty decent now.
Most people don't like it because of it being more kid friendly than the first one
It’s better than 90% of the garbage released nowadays? At least it had soul.
Because it is not good.
Ghostbusters was better as a stand alone film. Period. Full stop
They have YET to recapture the lighting in a bottle that was rhe first film.
@@LUCKO2022That's because it's not possible.
I love Afterlife, its visuals, its structure and its drama. No, it isn't as funny as it might have been, but it had heart, place and personality.
Woooooo! Been waiting on a new “Sharp Decline”! Thank you 🙏
I’m gonna stick up for G Busters 2 and I’m going all in!.GB2 had some of the funniest moments of the entire series..Bill Murray’s World of the Psychic was hilarious!.”Hairless Cats..Weird”..Same can be said for the Court Room scene with Rick Moranis killing it as the Ghost Busters lawyer..Classic and very funny!.And lastly, you get Bill Murray pretty much in his prime..And he just may be the coolest guy who’s ever lived on this Planet..So if there’s hate for GB2 I don’t get it.
WORD.
Dude how can you bash Afterlife like this and go do easy on Answer the Call? And Ghostbusters 2 is awesome..Get with it.
The end.
Terrible actors. I'd prefer Paul Giamatti, Ben Stiller, Ryan Gosling, and Adam Sandler
Sounds terrible.
I can imagine the old team doing an audition process for the "new team". That would be funny and in line with the first movie
I like Ghostbusters ll.
*Ghostbusters, Ghostbusters 2, Ghostbuster Afterlife and Ghostbusters Frozen Empire are all good movies and i look forward to more*
This little piggy wants more slop for the trough.
Those are great suggestions!
I just saw FROZEN EMPIRE and surprise; I liked it, too, about as much or slighly more so than AFTERLIFE. It might be my second favorite in the series.
these scripts are so well written and yall deserve more exposure. that said, my real question is when is the sequel to the channel?
How is it that you only have 5k subscribers?!!😮
Criticism aside, YOU try to write a better sequel to a lightning in a bottle masterpiece!
5:09 I was following you until you said cheesy soundtrack. The soundtrack for Ghostbusters was one of the best of its time but if you weren’t living teenager at the time of its release, then I can understand why you would think it was cheesy.
Ghostbusters II is not a great movie, but it's a good movie. The original movie was always unlikely to gain a sequel that would match it.
Anyone that didn't watch Ghostbusters 2016 because they saw the trailer and hated it saved themselves the spectacular disappointment of the actual film, I envy them.
Ghostbusters 2 is as good as you could hope for a sequel!
I just recently stumbled onto this channel, and I really enjoy the content! Definitely well researched as well as entertaining retrospectives, as a film buff this channel is definitely on point 💯

Can you point a timestamp for this, because it's not in this video?
Ghostbusters Remastered The Game is the true Ghostbusters 3 FYI. Look it up, all OG actors, good writing.
Yeah first one was the best but I liked the second one as well as a kid... river of slime was awesome! :P
While it wasn't the best......2 is still very much watchable.......compared to "Ghostbusters" 2016
Another excellent video lads. Well done
4:11 LMAOOOOO i almost burst out my coffee
The trouble is that, essentially, everything that isn't the first movie is pretty non essential. The cartoon feels like probably the only relevant follow up, and that's mainly because it realised the idea that most of the movies only hint around the edges of: the day to day life of a Ghostbuster, going out on jobs catching ghosts.
I can't help wonder if a televised revival is what the franchise needs to be relevant. All these movies just seem pointless.
Paul Feig ruined the chance of a decent reboot.
A video made because of a 2016 reboot and just because people didnt like frozen empire. Why can't everyone grow up. If you dont like the movies why bother being a fan.

Ghostbusters 2016 is the Alien Resurrection of the franchise for me, I just try to forget it exists
"...like it can cut a rug like the James Brown of Jism..."

When there is a market, someone will fill it.
The reboot didn’t work because it was a goofy comedy all the way to its core. It’s funny, but it doesn’t feel like a Ghostbusters movie. Part of what’s great about the original is that it has real creepy horror elements. The ghosts are scary. The reboot has none of that.
Can we get a deep dive on the Highlander franchise?
The "anti-woke" narrative about why people went against 2016 is easily refuted.
its just anti bad movie
The puns in this are beautifully written
Ghostbusters 2 is great, love it as much as the first tbh. Those two films and the 2009 game make a great trilogy
The video game was great

Nothing corny about 1989 - remember the Soviet Withdrawal from Afghanistan, Tianemen Square, and Laura Palmer. Everyone has the power to change the world
1:40 What about, Let's go Ghostbusters, let's go, let's go.
After seeing Ghostbusters forty years ago I recognized that this franchise has a very limited range of possible stories, so I didn't bother with any of the sequels.
I love Ghostbusters 2!
Will never understand all the hate for GB2. This movie is fun. And funny too. “Take away the puppy,” classic
yeah its a worth sequel for sure.
Hairless pets! Dogs and cats living together.. Mass hysteria..
really bad take guys. Ghostbusters 2 was still a great ride and holds up well.
I am 40. Ghostbusters I and II have always been my favourites. I watchem so many times... It wasn't about the ghosts and the special effects. It was about Egon, Ray and Peter. That's the magic who coudl not be recreated.
No matter how bad you may think any of these films are, they aren’t as bad as this script and commentary. -Fennett
the courtroom sequence seemed the closest to the original film
What are you smoking the 2nd movie is amazing. Its the 2016 version that is horseplop.
Afterlife is a sequel, not a reboot. Get it right ffs!
Finn Wolfhard is not wanting to retire really don't get how those out of context moments show that quite sure we've only seen the beginning of his amazing career soon to be
I loved I & II. Also is it me, or were there too many ejaculation jokes in this episode?
Insulting your potential audience just like Hollywood does....lets see how it works out for ya
Definition of insanity.
I like your videos but I didn't expect Guardians of the Galaxy to catch a stray

Was that a real spoonerism?
Hahahah i love how you pointed out hpw its all about busting ;D
You lost a lot of credibility after defending GB 2016 and firing at Afterlife.
This is just another one of those woke shill "media literacy" channels that just plugs the latest woke Marvel slop from the Hollywood Longhouse.
It probably would have been better to do this in another couple months, so you could talk about Frozen Empire and would have footage of it to include.
Ha! You showed my tweet!
