    This was such an easy lay out and perfect step by step directions for someone who will probably be making this for their first time like me!! I will DEFINITELY be using this recipe each time i make it and like you mentioned in the video, add any spices to my liking! Every other video I've seen has too much talking and not enough showing what they're actually doing. I'm so excited to make this! Hopefully my husband will love it, he's very picky.. I'm always walking on eggshells around him when it comes to cooking for him cause he's my worse critique! In our family, grandparents great grand parents, aunts, uncles, cousins even the KIDS we absolutely LOVE our menudo with regular orange CHEETOS on top and love to soak them in the menudo! Its amazing lol. Thank you for this recipe!!

    • @johnalmaguer7118
      @johnalmaguer7118 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Lol
      In San Antonio you can get tripas in tacos.
      I grew up in panhandle and west Texas and had had the crunchy tripas, but in San Antonio they called different names which I didn't know, lol
      So I ordered tripas tacos and was surprised when I got taco with soft tripe, lol
      They make the crunchy ones too, but I dont remember the name
      😕
      But it was tasty.
      Mexican food is tricky, what's called one thing one place can be a completely different dish in another region.
      It's all a taste learning experience.
      Isn't it great?
      🙂

      The smell goes away when its been throughly cooked. Scrubbing and soaking takes away from the consistency of the meat and doesn’t allow it to absorb the garlic and salt.
