no longer running the build, but it was 3p profane experiment set, 2p mind over matter set, 2p windslashers, and 5p dread set from what I remember

Thinking about building this for a couple of iconic lives. Out of curiosity could you take only 15 alch and grab 3 rogue for one more sneak die and 2 arti for rune arm use? That would give you an extra gear slot and rapid reload for free.
I might be missing something...would you lose anything other than 1 imbue die and a couple of level 6 spell slots?

Right on the money. Just try to hit either 28 or 35 die for the shiradi stance extra 1d77 scaling if you can. If you were at 34 die, I would argue the 1 extra imbue die, outweighs the SA die and rune arm use bc it hits so damn hard. If you can hit whichever thresholds comfortably, the rune arm would definitely be nice :)

As someone who Just started Messing around with inquisitive on HC and having a great time i find this fascinating, do you have any "begginer" tips to tive before i jump on to epics there?

Just keep your distance is my only real advice :) Personally, I don't like ranged and don't play it a lot, so I would advise asking some other peeps on the forums or discord.

I do think it could work but just make sure you hit the benchmarks of 28, 35, or 42 imbue dice (based on what you are able to get - limited by racial pts, ED pts, filigree slots, etc) to get the extra 1d77 scaling with shiradi mantle.

ah i think so, i have another question which filigree did you use?

@@kosar9967 Both Raid Int +2 and +10 Ranged Power Wreath of Flame/Spines on both filigree and weapon. 3p Long Shadow, 2p Reverberation, and 3p Crackshot.

So I did this but did 13 Alc, 4 Ranger and 3 rouge. Ended up with 40 imbue dice.

why 4 ranger and 3 rogue? you get the venom blade with only 2 rogue and you get the 3 extra for arcane archer with 3 ranger, what am i missing here?

Normal Ranged Stuff for the most part - point blank shot, rapid reload, rapid shot, battalion brew, precise shot, precision, improved crit ranged, insightful courage, dodge, mobility, shot on the run, improved precise shot, overwhelming critical, doubleshot, watchful eye, harbringer of chaos, combat archery, scion of arborea, enhanced elemental die, etc

Point Layout was like 16 sun elf, 41 inquis, 8 Assassin, 7 Harper Agent, 11 vile chemist, 12 pts arcane archer... you just wanna get up to 35 imbue dice from enhancements, EDS, items, feats, etc.

@@thiagopieri8074 Using Racial Action Points, you can get arcane archer tree from any elf tree --> in my case, I was a sun elf and got it that way

If he's on the build I think he's on, 2 Rogue levels gets you 3 Imbue dice from the Assassin tree with Venomed Blades.
Edit: Then again, I see Know the Angles so I don't know where he'd be giving up action points to get Venomed Blades. Perhaps it is just for trapping.

2 rogue does give you evasion, trapping, and some SA die... but the main reason definitely was the 3 imbue dice from assassin
