- turning on the passenger airbags using an emulator, The were turned off with the removal of the passenger occupancy sensor that comes with the stock seats.

hello, i have the same problem with my 2015 5th gen zl1, but i want to keep my zl1 recaro seats, what happens to the plug if i connect it like in the video? Does the airbag light on the dashboard go out? thanks for any help

Sorry I missed your comment, So the harness only enables the passenger occupancy sensor…. The cluster will still tell you that some airbags are missing thats a whole other system
1 to tell them when to turn on and another one to detect if they are connected
That is a nice product but what about the seatbelt chime does it goes off

In my 2010 Camaro, I have one of these modules. Because the airbag is active full time, you have to plug the seatbelt in whenever you drive the car or the chime will go off
Have you happen to find a fix to turn off the airbag light completely?
No, I haven’t :(
It doesn’t interfere with the remote start so I left it like that for now!
You can take the cover off where the warning lights appear and cut the LED power wire that illuminates the warning lights
What year is the car here? Looks like that module is only for cars up to 2015
2011 is the year, not sure about that…but there might be a model for newer models?
This module is for 2010-2015 model Camaros
ok installed today. Soooo You have to clip the plug under the seat and install the emulator.... You put it in the wrong spot. I mean if its working, great but my results were this: The red airbag light is off on the cluster - the Service AirBag warning is not there either. But the yellow light on top panel states the airbag is "off". Also I JUST installed it so no run time, so that might change once it is cycled. IDK I have pics if anyone want to see where it goes.... but thanks for the heads up, I dont know if I would have ever found it.
Great! I mean I wouldn’t say wrong because it works lol but definitely In the least efficient way…since I have Racing seats in order to get rid of the airbag light I would have to do that to both. I would love to get a picture from you! Adding information to my videos will always be welcomed and appreciated :)

does that remove the passenger airbag light off the speedometer too?
this just simply activates the airbag for the car on the passenger side, the airbag light from the dash is indicating the airbags of the seats are missing, which we cont have anymore!

I put one of these in my 2010 Camaro and it got rid of the dash warning. The car now thinks someone is always sitting in the passenger seat so the airbag is always on. The only problem I’m having is that the seatbelt chime constantly goes off. It’s because the car think someone is sitting in the passenger seat so they should be wearing the seatbelt. To make it go off you have to always have the passenger seatbelt done up … even if no one is sitting there

Go under the seat and disconnect the seatbelt electrical harness
The chime should go away!

Yes its facing the center console
