    You cut those corners! Get it? Cut corners? Skipped steps by cutting two at a time. Lol. I crack myself up. I love this quick project.

    Hi from South Africa 🇿🇦 great video. I've made a few full vinyl zipper pouches and got awesome tips nd tricks off YT... Melanie Ham zigzaged the top at zip and used an different colour thread which adds a great creative flair. Also this can be made in several different shapes i.e. pyramid etc. I love to use clear as it's so much easier to find stuff 😂
    Ps... It's never cheating it's taking a short cut 😂😂😂 life is too short❤

    Thank you! Just as I ran out of materials to buy/try for my Cricuts! 😊😊😊😊
    I love having containers to keep things organized, but having to open each one to see which one has the ______ I want at that momont...😢

    Is there any way to make the sides of the cork match? Would it be a difference in the size of the cork piece? Instead of equal to the vinyl piece? Or would it be changing the size of corner cuts? Just wondering....
    Thank you for the great tutorial! Will be making these for Christmas!!!

      I had the same question. Great pouch, though!
      I kind of like the vinyl with the small/narrow cork bottom, since it looks intentional instead of looking a little mismatched.

    I made one pouch today and find that my bobbin thread is really bunching under the clear vinyl portion of the pouch only.. not the colored vinyl, only the clear.. any suggestions?

    I love these! I’ve made a dozen or so! How would I adjust the small pouch to be longer? Like for a pencil pouch?

    • @SewManyCreations
      @SewManyCreations  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would start by adding a couple inches to the width and leave the height the same. Maybe make the corners a 1/2” smaller too. It’s kind of trial and error with this type of pouch!

    I’m a newbie and it would have been so helpful to see you actually sewing. No disrespect meant, I just learn better by seeing the actual sewing part, how you hold the fabric, turn corners etc.

    • @SewManyCreations
      @SewManyCreations  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      No disrespect taken. I appreciate the feedback! I used to film the sewing part as well. Unfortunately for me it means 2 cameras and double the editing. I will definitely consider doing some on screen sewing into the future 😊
