You are hadorable, love the bloopers. This pattern is exactly what i was looking for, i didn’t want to have to make tabs at top!!! You explain so clearly, Thank you so much!
I am currently making pouches and i just have the TH-cam playing in the background. Im glad that the algorithm decided i should watch your video. This was a great tutorial. Im definitely going to make this bag. Thank you :)
I needed a new product for my craft fairs, so was considering clear pouches when I found you, liked, and subscribed. Thank you for the easy to follow instructions. I especially liked the ease of construction for the fold-out base rather than the boxed corner base. Your hints for working with vinyl were spot-on. I look forward to more of your videos!
Thank you for the tutorial. I am going to make some for my daughters. Do you have the tutorial for the tiny vinyl pouches you showed in the beginning 22 seconds? Thanks
Are you referring to the ones in the basket with the zipper on top? if so no but I could make one in a future video-and you are most welcome. I'm sure they'll enjoy them and they are fun to make! Good luck!
I've purchased it from Hobby Lobby, Walmart, and online. I recently found this clear vinyl with feathers on it off Amazon I'm planning to use: www.amazon.com/ONEART-Transparent-Fabric-Appliques-Projects/dp/B0CKST6TTK?psc=1&pd_rd_w=mgW7v&content-id=amzn1.sym.55c0153f-1fb7-42ff-8241-d1c0f3732289&pf_rd_p=55c0153f-1fb7-42ff-8241-d1c0f3732289&pf_rd_r=8KKAPXVR8NQ2FVN1FTPZ&pd_rd_wg=NKtme&pd_rd_r=b1b99510-cd87-464d-848d-9c6b14303e81&ref_=sspa_dk_detail_1&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9kZXRhaWxfdGhlbWF0aWM=
I like this pattern and made 3 so far .. my current issue with the pattern is the exposed raw edges of the fabric and zipper ends on each sides which will fray over time. I already see the one’s I’ve made fraying. what do you recommend to do to hide the raw edges and look nice as it is visible with the clear vinyl?
Hi Irene, some options would be to lengthen the short side of fabric and turn it in like the long edges by 1/4". Another option would be to use waterproof canvas or vinyl. You could try fray check on cotton. For the zip, if you are using polyester zip, singe it the ends with a lighter to stop fraying. I hope this helps. Let us know!
Here is an another fun clear vinyl project tutorial: th-cam.com/video/IIFXVzQWZaI/w-d-xo.html

There are many suppliers online. I've mainly just used clear that is available at Walmart, Joanne's.
You can use newspaper instead of tissue paper 😊
Great idea thanks Jules!
