I almost didn’t watch this because I thought it would be to complicated, but you made it look so easy. I love that you did not show the actual sewing!!

I just made one using your specs and it is so cute! I could not add the rivets as my hole maker is too dull to clip through seatbelt strap that I used for the D rings.
I watched this video last night and jumped on my machine this afternoon and just finished one and half way done with a second one. It’s a quick and easy sew and came together awesome. Thanks for the video!
Could you do a tutorial for the Noodle head 241 tote. I love making them and the instructions are clear but there could be a tutorial that explains how to topstitch - it's tricky for newbies - Thanks for the tutorial well done and appreciate it!
So cute...I thought I would need a template, but your directions were spot on! Enjoyed working with frosted vinyl from SewHungryHippie! Subscribed and looking forward to more wonderful videos!
Great tutorial. This is my first episode of your channel that I just came across and I really liked it. I subscribed and look forward to watching more.
I suggest turning your tension all the way up and then backing down slowly until you find the “sweet spot”. Sewing with clear vinyl can be a bit tricky. But it’s usually the tension that is the issue.
I’m having trouble with the bobbin thread bunching up on the bottom. I can sew 16 gauge vinyl with no problem but this printed vinyl doesn’t seem to work. Any thoughts of how to correct. I have a Pfaff craft sewing machine.
@@carrie118 have you checked all of your volume settings? Sometimes the speaker button is on mute on the actual video. I’ve checked the video on all of my devices and the sound is good.
Made this bag and a great small bag for concerts. Fits all the essentials for a night out!

Thanks for a great tutorial you explain everything so thorough. I am a visual learner and now I can definitely make this bag 😀

What did you use for the zipper strips? Is it just jelly vinyl trimmed down?
Do you mind disclosing where you got the clear vinyl ? It is absolutely ADORABLE !!
Just waiting for the clear vinyl to arrive. I just love this. Thank you!
Cute boxy bag, thanks for sharing
I can NOT wait to make this! Never too early for Christmas gifts!!
I love the bag this way also
Oooo…this is going to be my selfish sew this week! And more📍.
Thank youI was able to make two bags and appreciate your great tutorial. Beginner sewer and feel I have accomplished something

Yeah, those rivet holes can be tricky and getting that clear vinyl to stay in place while you do it too.
Thank you for an informative, comprehensive and calm tutorial on this great little bag.

Great directions! Thank you!
You're welcome! Glad it was helpful!
I made the clear vinyl bag. I really love it! Could I possibly make a little larger one?
Enjoyed the tutorial.
Very well presented and easy to follow. May I ask what machine you used to sew the bag on?
Great video! You made what appeared to be a more complex bag very simple! So excited to make one. New subscriber too!
Super cute , thank you for doing this!! I'll be making one tomorrow!

I missed your comment when it was posted. Let me check into that pattern and see if I can get permission to record a tutorial.
Thank you!
Adorable and great instruction! Thank you.

This adorable.. I love ❤️ it
Same problem with volume. Put it on CC and that helped to follow along on what you was doing. Loved the vinyl and bag💕
Thank you. I’m sorry about the volume issue. I’m not sure why that would happen. CC is a great idea though to get through it.
Great video! Thank you!❤😊

Oh thank you so much!! ❤️
This is a fantastic video!! Thank you ❤
You're so welcome!
I love this, thanks for the video! ❤
Love it
Love this!! Thanks!!
PS I had no issues with the volume.
Thanks!
You're welcome! And thank you so much!
Love the video and your bag is adorable! Question. I can't really tell. Did you use a #5 zipper or #3? Or does it even matter? Thanks!
Thanks!! I used a #5 zipper.
Love this!
Can someone share what the approximate final dimensions are of this bag? Thank you.
thank you really cute
Great tutorial. Inforymy machine won’t stitch right on the clear vinyl

The print directions for the zipper strip has 5" listed and should be 1/2".
It’s listed at .5” which is the same as 1/2”, so that is correct.
What are you using for the zipper covers?
Great bag btw
Thank you. It’s jelly vinyl.
Hello I watched your video boxy bag and I was wondering what your zipper covers are made of .
They are jelly vinyl.
What Size did you punch the holes for the Rivets. Thank You. I’m new to using the Rivets.
I’m having trouble with the bobbin thread bunching up on the bottom. I can sew 16 gauge vinyl with no problem but this printed vinyl doesn’t seem to work. Any thoughts of how to correct. I have a Pfaff craft sewing machine.
Have you tried increasing the tension? Some people have had success with that.
Please can you tell me what kind and Size of Thread you use. Thank You. I love your Bag.
Thank you! And sure! I used Tex 45 thread from Siah Swag.
Love this pattern. I am at the point sewing front to back and the bobbin thread is suddenly loopy. Can anyone tell me how to correct this? THANK YOU 😊
Hi, I had that issue before and tightened my top thread tension and it fixed it.
Great tutorial. What material are the zipper strips ?
Thanks! They are jelly vinyl.
Zipper covers ??? Where are they from and what’s the fabric?
Hi! It’s jelly vinyl.
Hi what did you use for the zipper strip?hoping for a speedy answer need to do this today😊
Apologies for the delay. I don’t always see when messages are posted. I used jelly vinyl for the zipper strips.
Is it a cotton zipper, if not can you use a cotton zipper?
I would recommend using fray check on the ends of cotton zippers. Don’t use a lighter, for obvious reasons. :)
❤❤❤ beautiful
I could hardly hear you...don't know where your microphone is located. Put Closed Captioning on so that helped. Thanks for the great tutorial.
What are the dimensions of the finished bag please?
Finished measurements are about 6”h x 8”w with a 2.5” base.
Love the replay can you share what material you used for the zipper cover strap/ tab
Thank you! I used jelly vinyl for those parts.
Is this the Babi boxy bag by oklroots?
It’s modified. Based on the Babi Boxy Bag (I mention that in the video). I changed the orientation and the measurements for this one.
I have my volume turned up to 100 and can barely hear this... My video volume is also at full volume. Why can I barely hear you?
Hi, I’m not sure why? I have my volume up to just over half and can hear it easily.
No volume.
@@carrie118 have you checked all of your volume settings? Sometimes the speaker button is on mute on the actual video. I’ve checked the video on all of my devices and the sound is good.
I don't have any trouble with the volume.
I watched this on my phone and had no problem adjusting the volume.
