This is adorable!! If I may suggest, could you show the actual sewing, especially on the parts that you say are difficult? i would have liked to see how you manipulated the bag for the corners and the tabs..ANd i agree, the caramel is perfect on this floral!!

Thank you for the pattern and video! As I got to the end with the squaring of the corners I thought...oh my..might not work but I just continued to sew things together it turned out great. Love the bag! I changed the strap to a fixed strap with rivets because I wasn't going to add hardware when I wasn't going to remove the bag. I like it a lot!

I am new to cork and to you for bag making instruction. I am very pleased so far and am quite anxious to get started. I have placed an order for some of your cork (you have a great selection) and this Olive pattern to get started. My 1st question is. What interfacing are you using; I can't seem to see anywhere that you stipulate a certain product. I like to use Pellons SF 101 for a lot of things. Will this work?

All the supplies are listed on the back of the pattern which you would need to purchase to make this bag. You can find it on my website. For me SF101 is too light and doesn’t add enough structure but that’s a personal thing. Every bag maker has their own preferences 😊

I just purchased your great Olive pattern, my first of what is surely to be many 😊 I really want to make this a cross body, so I suppose I should make an adjustable strap. Do you have a tutorial for that option? I looked through your videos and did not see anything specifically.

This is probably something I shouldn’t have to ask, but how do you iron the top of the cork? I see so many a rings not to iron from the top.

I place my iron on the cork and press. I iron all the cork I use (that’s why we ship it folded).
