Thanks for the video. The only thing worth mentioning is that removing the clip that holds the sensor in (at 3:24) was surprisingly difficult. You'd think it would just unclip and pop right out, but mine was basically stuck on there. I had to use a flat head and carefully pry it out.
That is the best place to start for sure.. it's a good motor, so keeping up on maintenance will serve you well. Whats next depends on tuning goals too if you are doing so.

Lots of things you can do, but the charge pipe is quick and easy.

Can't say without checking Parr numbers.. if the same motor then likely yes.
