    Did this for a year… and my glutes GREW. This definitely works, but you have to stay consistent. I did this 2-3 times a week and I upped my ankle weight gradually. Also upped the amount of weight I used on my bridges. 👍🏼 amazing routine!!!

      hi actually i want to ask you that i want to grow my glutes and watching many workout videos i am confuse that how i have to make workout schedule and which workout can i do at home ..i have dumbbells and resistance bands..i was only doing glute activation as my workout ...and also talking about diet i don't have any weighing machine in which i can measure the quantity of protein which i have to intake..and in how much quantity do i have to consume for growing my glutes ..can you help me?

    I did these workouts and it took me 5 to 6 months to really start seeing some muscle and shape form on my glutes. It's a muscle so it needs to be worked out at least 2 to 3 times a week to make progress.

    Definitely one of, if not, THE BEST GLUTE WORKOUT I've seen! I feel a burn in my butt through the routine, and I feel close to no burn in the thighs. Totally recommendation worthy; please make more videos like this one!! Thank you so much Diana!

      Yes seriously I dont believe it when people say we did this workout or any other workouts for 2 or3 weeks and see results. In my opinion it's take more than that may be 2 years or more to see satisfying results.

    I tried this with resistance bands instead. I woke up feeling the ache in my glutes & quads. This will definitely work.

    I’ve done this at home and it’s not bad! I do think you need thick elastic bands and anklet weights to feel the burn cause I didn’t feel to much of it. Then again I work out regularly!

    I cannot wait to try this. My resistance bands and ankle weights arrive tomorrow. I had a hard time finding 10lb weights so I just got 5lb per side. Hope that will be ok.

      I always do these exercises and they work. Of corse if you are looking to grow the muscle and not just tone, you should use every time more weight and eat enough protein :)

    sometimes i find it hard to squeeze my glutes when im doing donkey kicks or kick backs any suggestion on how i can tell if im squeezing my glutes when doing those cause sometimes it feels like they are not squeezing lol

      Focus less on thrusting your hip all the way to the sky. And more on feeling the muscle a lot of people forget about he muscle and push up. But still make sure youre pushing right up

    Holi, ando en modo motivada, así que me propuse hacer esta rutina de ejercicios durante un mes, prometo dar lo mejor de mí y regresar a dar mis resultados, si quieren saber un poco más a detalle el cómo lo voy a ejecutar aquí se los dejo:
    Lo haré un día sí y un día no (para dejar descansar los músculos), tengo rodos los elementos que ella utilizó, así que será la rutina tal cual se presenta, aparte de estos ejercicios también incluiré otras dos más ( para trabajar hip-dips), mientras tanto, la alimentación será nutritiva y variada, con el propósito de ganar masa muscular (ya que soy de complexión delgada). Durante el transcurso iré haciendo cambios para ver qué es lo que realmente me ayuda y que no, y esto es solo una idea de lo que será.
    ¡Vuelvo pronto! (empiezo 18-10-2020)

    These actually work great! I’ve been doing them for years (on and off, I take breaks for a while) but I didn’t know about the one with the ball where you pull up. Thank you so much!!!!!! Will deF do them all now. The first 3 can get a little boring and after a while you hardly feel the burn anymore even with weights on ankles. That’s my problem and I like to feel a burn when I work out so I know it worked

      cat doesnt treat human like a master, it feels itself like a master of everything (human, his legs, his house, his fridge etc)

      This is a home workout. Obviously you can do this at the gym with weights. but some people can't make it to the gym genius thats why its called HOME workout........

      @@rei774-n1k once it gets too easy for you that's how you know you should raise the the reps. Otherwise your glutes won't grow. For example, for week 1 you can do the same reps 3x a week. If you feel like you can do more then for week 2 instead of doing 4 x 10 donkey kickbacks you can push it to 5 x 10 donkey kickbacks.

      3 times is good. Your glutes need rest once you've damaged the muscles so they need to rebuil that shape but bigger.
