- Ducati's 1199 is the most technically advanced production bike to hit the streets ever. We get the inside line on how the interactive electronics package is controlled via the bike's dash...

I wish more people would do in depth explanations like this. Thank you!
THIS DASHBOARD IS AMAZING IS THIS MAGNETI MARELI STYLE !!! IN THE MOTO GP YOU HAVE IT 5 BUTTONS !!! BUT HEAR AND THIS IS THE OVERKILL I CAN ALL CONTROLLING OR THE MOST WITH ME LEFT HAND AND THIS WITH ONE BUTTON ON LEFT HAND !!!!!!!!!!! ALL GANDI HAVE IT THIS NOT SEE !!!!!! CRAZY SICK I NOT IDEA PERFEKT !!!!!!!!! 👍👍👍
You never showed us what to press to get into the detailed menu to change the settings of each mode.
Did you ever figure it out?
Really interesting video, well done Ducati.
This is why I have the manual on the 1199 before I take delivery of the motorcycle. I have to learn ALL of this stuff before I ride (especially race). Holly HELL!
WOW! Great job, DUCATI!
Nice informational video, well done.
Very very helpful,thank you.
great video mate
Outstanding! Many of these features are resident on my 2010 Multistrada 1200S, though not nearly as evolved! I use the riding modes in daily riding to the maximum extent possible. They are useful on a bike with a broad range of capabilities like my Multi'. I am excited to see/feel how Duc. has implemented multiple riding modes on a laser focused bike like the Pani. 12k. Hell, if my bike is any indication, it's going to be a freaking riot and a half!
nice vid
This bike will be so full of win! Can't wait for my Tricolore! :D
What an amazing bike..... If only I was rich enough.
buon lavoro, Marco
Italian rocks!
How do u switch thru the modes show the buttons
Wonderful visual display. Even if you don't like all the options, you'll agree the graphics and clarity of the display are outstanding.
how do you get to main menu from riding mode? thx f-1
Now, i know why i liked Ducati.
Guess if I've one of those every time I tell my wife I'm going for a ride, a couple of hours later I'm still in the garage fiddling with the settings...its amazing I can't even grasp it with 32 levels to choose from...for crying out loud I've a tough time deciding if I'll have tea or coffee...
this is crazy..
No navigation?
can i play bf3 there
How do you know how much fuel is in the bike?
If it stops running, you don't have enough. ;)
I offer left kidney in exchange for Ducati.
So do you want EFI, dual compound tyres, slipper clutch, radial mounted brakes, a bike that weighs 30kg less, its simply progress and makes bikes quicker, safer and easier to ride
id crash myself staring at the dash rather than on the road infront

h e l l o m y n a m e is M a r c o ! the system intergrator of this bike ah! riding mode "wet" ok !
go to the states buy the bike there..it is cheap there!!but like always the USA spec bike will have a have speed limitation.....ECU must be reflashed...always a catch for something cheap
it use in wsbk?
maybe it is, but then when u get it to denmark and want it on road you still have to pay about 90,000$ in tax
The one on BMW ks1300 is a Billion years ahead of this
Does Ducati display come with Pac-Man..
I am sure that aftermarket shops will offer 1199 Panigale with less electronic bull*hit for hardcore drivers, just like you said!
the western countries always come out first of everything of tech...later then, the asian might come out with improved version of everything...
i wouldnt say thats senseless and stupid, but in my opinion it is too much.
costs just a lot of money that you have a few options to play with, but after a few rides nearly nobody would really use these settings
Not true
Too much for any bike!!!! Pointless and stupid!!! How good of a rider do you really think you are if you got tons of electronic saving your ass.Bring back the days of the 500cc MotoGP bikes!!!! No electronics just raw skill!!!!
Just ride old bikes then, problem solved! You owe me 20 dollars.
Too many exclamation point!!!! To take!!! You!!!! Seriously!!!!! Have you!!!! Even ridden a motorcycle with multiple riding modes!!!!? Like the Pani.!!!! Or Multi!!!?
No need for rider aids in a world that is more and more dangerous to motorcycles!!!!! Arrgh!!! RACER RACER not thinking of the big PICTURE PICTURE!!! Arrrgh!!!! Where's my 500 cc, two-stroke, steel framed, carburated, shitty power-banded bike!!!!!!!?
A motorcycle is inherently a machine of skill, otherwise anyone could ride.
