I'm following your videos from 2year and this helped me normalize my periods, even I used to follow your arms+legs workout and workout for hips.... but I can't do many of the asanas in this video..please tell me how to improve flexibility

Hello Akshaya.. I missed my periods for 12 days but after practicing your yoga for 3 days I got my periods. I must say the details you provide for every pose is too good to understand also the way u transit the complete flow its very easy to follow and hold for all the poses. Love all your videos and I hope from now on after following ur yoga video for PCOS and hormonal balance I will have my periods regularly and definitely I will reduce my weight too. I will give my feedback of my weight loss and about my well being after a month to share how much your video helped him. Lots of love.

Hirsutism is a condition that happens due to hormonal imbalances. There is no yoga for that for sure, but yoga like these helps in healing your imbalance. Best bet is laser treatments and nothing else to be very honest.

Can you make a video for people with sedentary lifestyle...we try but while working we are so involved that we tend to sit for longer hours..anyway yoga that will help people like us to have better movement. This is also main cause for people having infertility these days
Hello :) you have to be doing all the videos put up on my channel. Each has a specific target to body, mind and muscle level. Just pick one video everyday and do it along with taking active 10k steps
There is nothing specific for sedentary people tbh if I could think of. Exercise should be considered as a part of your daily routine. Consistency is a key to longer healthy life. Choice is made on you part.

Thanks a bunch love:) Spot reduction is not possible, you need to be overall reducing fat in the body like cardio, full body workouts etc.. As body looses fat in sheets and not in spots..

Yes will do :) Pilates and yoga are strength training too with body weight:) It is just not categorized that way :) but they are great for strength too.
