    To all the ladies the one thing that has helped Me a lot is sleeping before 11pm. Because my gynaecologist told that ovulation period is between 12-2 am so you should sleep before that. Try it out!!

    My period was irregular for so many years, I was nonchalant about it at first, but then after a while, I became concerned.
    I tracked my period for a whole year, so that I had proof for the doctor, I met the doctor about it, he said I’ll need a pelvic scan, I never got to do it.
    It dawned on me that God truly is a Healer, I prayed to Him on different occasions to heal me, and He did😊.

    Believe me Ginger and jaggery boiled water is very helpful . my periods stopped for 1 year when I was in 12th. After taking medicines it was good but again stopped when I stopped medicine than I tried ginger with Jaggery it helped me a lot. Hope this information will help someone😊 I always suggest this remdy to every women.

      Actually earlier I was having problem in that I got my periods in 20-25 days only then I visit to my doctor then she said it's all because of the stress and poor diet..
      And at that time even if I try to reduce stress it didn't help as I m preparing for competition exams so it's already stress on mind and body .....

    My hair fall was severe and it get worse during my periods, it was hormonal imbalance my doctor said after taking medication, hair fall reduced but the damage it has don’t to my scalp and hair, shine was gone, hair was frizzy and dull. My friend suggested me to oil and nourish my scalp twice a week with some natural hair oil as chemical ones have mineral oil and they are goof for nothing. Right diet and oiling regularly saved my hair.

    Once I started following a healthy home cooked mostly organic diet, exercising and getting proper sleep, my PCOS was gone in a year. I stopped consuming birth control which my doctor prescribed. To further subside my regular period pain now, I have tried to make sure I am relaxed on the period days. I also meditate every morning now for my over all mental health. I usually take leave from work on my period days for extra relaxation.
    I do not believe in quick fixes. So ladies, nothing will change in few days. But follow the right diet and you’ll get results. Remind you I suffered from severe PCOS and several gastrointestinal diseases and now I absolutely fine.

    I had a major surgery because of this irregular periods. My gynaecologist told me that I should sleep early and also that we should also sleep for atleast 7 hours continuously. She also told me to loose weight as I was a little overweight. One more thing that helped me a lot was morning walks. Trust me they are so beneficial.

    Things that helped me get my lost period back:
    1. Sleeping before 12 at night. Waking up early and not sleeping in during the day- hormones needed balancing
    2. Incorporating red meat in my diet on a daily basis.
    3. A short relaxing yoga practice at night before bed
    4. Strength training 3x week
    5. Cutting down on HIIT and crazy cardio workouts, replaced those with slow and long walks
    6. Cupping
    7. Trying not to worry about it and keeping my stress levels down
    8. Homeopathic medicine called Pulsatilla

    To all my ladies who facing this problem i would like to suggest you that do exercise regularly (specially that butterfly yogasan) it is very effective from past few months i was also facing this problem , some times irregular periods are may be because of hormonal imbalance so exercise helps you in this. i am doing exercise regularly ( butter fly yogasan ) my periods are now in regular mode 😊 monthwise i am glad that i took that action on that time ....i hope this may help you❤

    Mam thank you so much iam 18 years old but I always face irregular periods it was this thing that I use to get my periods after 6 months I never had regular periods ,but as a teenager I was actually happy coz no need to worry about periods and all but later when iam 18 I understood the changes happening on my skin and my hair especially on my skin so I have decided to just watch about some tips to get regular period so during bath I used to sit in cool water for 2 to 5 min and then I ate lot of fruits like literally lot of papaya and pomegranate in the period of 15 days I got my periods then later I thought it would be temporary but now it's been 5 months every month iam getting it properly that too for 7 days now my body feels good now I feel more like a girl and my skin issue is also being solved slowly literally thank u and luv u mam

    As suggested by many videos I was expecting you would but you didn't add anulom vilom and kapalbhaati..And I felt great relief as get sinusitis episode whenever I practice anulomvilom and also chest pain the day I do kapalbhaati.I don't think I am doing them incorrectly, following experts.Thank you for these simple steps ..will surely follow 👍👍

    I was really worried, my girlfriend period was delayed for more than 9 days though we didn't had sexual intercourse previous month. But it was delayed, so i decided to research about irregular period for my girl and guess what I found this. That *ginger* and hot water with honey really helped her and Today (13th may) she's back on period after 10 days of delayed!!

    My periods don't stop for 15 to 20days once they start. All tests are normal. Doctor asked me to put coil. Does anyone else suffers from this problem? I know yoga is good. I love yoga. But I get less days to perform yoga asanas.

    Hey my beautiful women out there, I just wanted mention that had irregular periods for almost 3 years but recently I changed few routine in my daily life. Started sleeping before 11 and I use to wake up at 3.30 am in the morning and chant "Gayathri mantra" for 108 times. Usually I keep a note of period dates in my diary surprisingly when I opened my diary and checked my period was regular this month. I don't know whether chanting this montra for almost 1 month did this change or what.... Do give a try
