    I'm on the same path you are on Ben. I've focused on my body for 4years now and I have almost reached my aesthetic goal but i feel like my mind needs to be enhanced as well. I'm keen on learning and know what i need to do but my mind is fatigued when i attempt to read for more than 30mins, not to mention my memory is not the best after. I thought i had adhd for a bit but I'm going to see what a change in diet and nootropic supplementation could do for me. Thanks for the information sbd wisdom, I've taken notes.

    Ben, get Jorge Fletchas on to discuss iodine. He recommends about 15 mg per day, which is what I take.

      David Brownstien's book "Iodine- why you need, why you can't live without it" is worthy of a place in everyone's personal library. Of course, he mentions Jorge Fletchas in the book.

    40:00 NO, how to live in a perpetual state of bliss & performance. Like being on mdma, but without the brain fog associated, I live this pure flow states, if we can tweak in the futur humans like this, we would be litteraly god like. It sound completely insane today, but what in 20 years ? humm I mean, that's interesting.

    Ben, besides caffeine, what are the top 3 nootropics to take pre workout? I've also tried alpha gpc and huperzine a with mixed results, sometimes the come down makes it not worth it.

      for what goal? If you want the most insane workout of all time take phenibut amphetamine and thc... if you want general health daily tonic try aGPC lions mane and mct....
