Hi, I'm Courtney Daniella and welcome to the #Glowing&Growing journey. At the end of 2021, I quit running my own six-figure business to focus on my personal growth and work on a passion project. Thank you so much for making this video Courtney! As someone who has struggled with boundaries, these are some things that have helped me tremendously:
1. Practice being my own best friend, CEO, motivational speaker, financial advisor, personal trainer, etc… Those things are not innate, but we can practice them by investing time into ourselves, like learning a new skill. I know it’s not always easy, but believe and prioritize yourself as much as you believe in others.
2. Approach discipline from a place of kindness, honesty, and respect for yourself. Relapses will happen, learn what went wrong and take it from there, don’t punish yourself unnecessarily and repeat the cycle of disappointment bc dwelling in negative self-talk isn’t worth it. Small steps and consistency will make a huge difference, keep track of your progress and celebrate when you have been accountable to yourself.
3. Therapy! Self sabotage, resentment, and guilt will eat away at your self esteem and growth if you don’t make mindful decisions to heal. It’s NEVER too late to start healing no matter how far gone you feel. Start at the root of the issue (don't put a band aid on it), otherwise the pattern will repeat itself throughout your life.
At the end of the day, your journey is truly yours to reclaim so don’t compare yourself to others… Sort out the childhood trauma and bad habits sis, learn how to set healthy boundaries and regain control of YOUR life. This video felt so personal to me and I truly empathize with those who have also struggled with self-integrity, I believe in you, you can do it sis!

"But do you actually do it?" Almost chocked on the candy I was eating 😂. This was a great video and very helpful is showing me where the missing piece was in all this. Being a woman of your word is HARD because like you said we don't have the previous accountability from before when we were children. And that accountability was not sustainable because it was all external and not really internal. Thank you again for this video there were many gems here.

i actually love your content, i’m so glad i discovered you when i did! i’m currently in a place where i’m getting more comfortable with making solid decisions for myself and realizing that if nothing happens then…nothing happens so i’ve been more disciplined and actually see myself making progress towards my dreams and goals! i also just got out of a long post-grad funk where i wasn’t sure what my next move should be and kept telling myself one day at a time and what you said towards the ending about how yes one day at a time but make sure you actually do what you need to do for each individual day was a WORD!! you’re so awesome omg much love💕

This is so relatable to me . i see visions of how i want my life to be everyday and im always imagining the woman im dreaming to be each day but doing the work has really been a struggle for me not that i dont know what to do , i have ideas on how to start putting the work in my dreams but i just dont do it and it hurts me a lot.
