Listening to something like this is fine in and of itself, but it's worth absolutely nothing if you don't put into practice. If all you do is listen to good advice, but don't apply it, you're not only deceiving yourself in thinking that merely listening is gonna help you improve as a person, but you're also wasting your time.

I would recommend checking out Brendon's video's on Letting Go, Dealing with Disappointment, and What to Do When You Feel Lost. All 3 of those are great and I have re-watched them countless times.
