    There's another application to heavy hit delay you didn't mention. Using hit delay you can guarantee that you trigger the chain attacks with your support agents. This way you can have uptime on your buffs/debuffs while youre performing your chain attacks.
    So in your final showcase, instead of swapping Anby > Nicole > Neko, you could do Anby > Neko > Nicole.

      It’s extra important with Nicole because you can use her special attack to defense shred the enemies for your other agents chain attacks.

      IIRC, nicole's def shred lasts 3.5s. with all of the comment in my mind my noob questions are:
      does the duration to perform Anby > Nicole > Neko(heavy hit delay) up to the final chain attack lasts less/equal than Nicole's def shred uptime?
      how does the debuff duration work in this specific scenario?
      does it also pause during chain attacks?
      if yes, then Stunner> Support> DPS can provide a little bit more damage than Stunner> DPS> Support because the Ex-special that will trigger the chain attack mode will also deal buff/shredded damage.
      if not, then Stunner> DPS> Support is the best option just as you said. and sorry for the long ask but at this point i'm just curious on how this mechanic works specifically.
      Edit: if Support's buffs/debuffs last longer than 3.5s then the earlier they can be casted the better. or am i just being delusional?

      @@jonglopez5400 debuff duration will freeze on chain attack qte so support triggering the chain attack might be better.

    3:17 An easier way to explain this instead of the light/heavy terminology (which is confusing for players used to other action/fighting games with dedicated light/heavy buttons) is that only *combo finishers* will trigger the chain attack. It's much easier to practice and remember how many times you've pressed the button rather than tracking each individual hit.

    Great video! Sadly I can't backwards swap since i play on mobile but the tips for extending your rotation before triggering the daze on the enemy was very useful and looks cool as hell too!

      Fun fact: you can mimic it with double tap the swap quicky enough(really hard, i accidently got that happen more then i actually trying to do it)

      @@hiirozero3623 you sure that's not because the next character is yet to return off field?, basically you can only swap to the character whose currently inactive, if your next character's retreat animation is not finished yet then your forward swap would be to your previous

    It is worth noting that, while Koleda's multiplier on her defensive assist might not be higher than Agent 11's, Koleda's base Impact is going to be higher, so if the foe is closer to being stunned, that could still end up being the optimal move.

    This video cleared all confusions I had from the last video!
    Very nice, good structed and I really liked the edits (showing things again, highlighting things) are extremly helpfull when someone might not be able to fully follow the explanation.

    PS: I also didnt know you'd get Soukakus ATK buff when a character switches in via quick assist.
    So to maximize damage Id now do (using my ice team as example):
    Ellen triggers chain -> Lycaon (ice def shred) -> Ellen again -> Soukaku (ATK Buff) which triggers Quick Assist -> Ellen switches in and does Quick Assist attack and then I use her ultimate?

      Yes that sequence is do able, or you can also trigger the chain attack first with soukaku so the next agent chain attack also buffed by her. But the buff for stunned duration will be less afterward since the vortex used on the chain attack, so i guess this one is better when you dont have ultimate ready for stunned state.

    Saw someone mentioned a while ago that ping is client-side so the ping would'nt matter in combat?
    But I've also felt sometimes that my doges and defensive assist late at times so I it might also be ping-related, would be nice if someone would care to verify this or enlighten the matter.

      well even if its client side, its still ping reliant. Like for me its so difficult to pull the dodge counter assist because my net is rather crappy 😂

      @@ilis_roa I see, that makes sense now since some inputs take a bit while depending on the time of the day, ISP-issues, might have to resubscribe to exitlag or mudfish for better tunneling, such a bummer tho that we cant see the ping.

    do you know the game determines which character comes out when I finish a chain attack with a Bangboo?

      Since the release of the game, bangboo now always comes in with the last agent in chain attack. If you choose the last agent, bangboo chain attack will still be available on next cycle of chain attacks, if you choose bangboo, the last agent chain attack will automatically performed afterward

      Just make sure not to use the char you want with the bangboo in the middle of the chain. They can start it just not be used first or second. Even with no bangboo, the last chain option would just list them twice instead of a choice haha

    What's the point of extending the daze state when it directly affects the duration of stun?

      youre not suppose to "extend" your damage dealing on dazed state, youre suppose to do it fast enough right after the enemy become dazed

I guess I just got a bit confused by the earlier part of the section where you had to present the light hits since it just consumed the Daze meter leaving not much left for Stun. Also, how useful is this tech even? For Agents such as Anby, her special EX has a huge stagger multiplier. Won't it be better to use the Ex instead after Parry to get to Daze faster instead?

      @@FlinxRys this one is especially useful when the enemy almost died. like trying to deal as much damage on dazed and stunned states so you can finish the boss with low HP, especially in shiyu defense is very good to use.
      if they arent low, ig you can just use 2 agents beside the stun agent to perform it to at least give more damage input on the dazed state.

      if you watch throughout all the video duration, you will notice there that i explained that when support being the last chain attack, the attack agent can receive buff or debuff the enemy so they can deal more damage, but you would want them to fully utilize the buff themself since logically they have higher damage ceiling. specifically when you have ultimate ready to use it afterward
      you will waste that buff/debuff duration and the stunned state duration itself if you decided to switching to other agent. I also added that your attack agent might get enough energy back to do another ex special attack on stunned duration because of the chain attack-reactive assist-ultimate sequence they do
      theres is a lot thing might affect the cycle but if you get the gist of techs, it is really useful. in combat situation the decision on which tech to use and which can benefit more when performed is still your call
