Got Nilou for free basically in like less than 10 rolls. I was only using agg/spread dendro teams since I didn’t wanna use hyperbloom. She gave me access to crazy Nilou bloom teams and does more dmg than my hyper-invested Hu Tao teams at times. It’s fucking hilarious with this joke character. I love how stupid strong she is.
Tartaglia is all about team rotation and he's really fun against multiple enemies. I use international with Sucrose instead of Kazuha (don't have him). Group up enemies with Sucrose, buff with Bennett, use Xiangling's burst, go ham with Tartaglia. He's the best in quick swap teams but his c1 might help a bit. He was my only 5*star for the longest time so I had to get used to him but I understand why his cooldown is annoying
There's something magical seeing enemies poof out of existence a few feet away despite you never actively attacked them. :D But his cooldowns are indeed annoying at times. He's my first 5* and pretty much use him for everything (except Hydroslimes obviously). He's also not a character that 'misfires' his burst into the landscape because they thought, they have to hit that slime way over there (thanks, Diluc, real classy of you..).
I love Ganyu and got me through a bunch of end-game content early on. Her, Keqing and Ningguang were some of the few characters I built early on because of Liyue Qixing gang. So when her outfit was released, instant buy day one
I remember when I first heard of Genshin Impact, Ganyu was the character that interested me the most (I thought and still think that she has gorgeous eyes). Needless to say I very happily pulled for her and recently got the Amos bow by complete accident on the standard banner. Now she's one of my strongest and most invested characters. Long live the cocogoat !!
14:52 omg thank you! Nilou’s story quest was extremely boring and I’m also bitter bc it got in the way of the archon quest for me too. It was frustrating that the story’s main conflicts centered around an NPC instead of Nilou herself. Had they swapped the NPC’s backstory for it being Nilou’s it would have been much more compelling. I’m glad that Genshin is learning from these past mistakes though because all of the recent story quests are getting much better at centering around the playable characters instead of some NPC.
@@Quthology I’d say look it up to know for sure bc I saw this in passing and have yet to build her. But afaik C6 Candace does a thing similar to C6 Fischl where her burst will coordinate hydro attacks with your normal attacks as well as give you a normal attack buff that is comparative to YunJin. So with Arlecchino, Candace is buffing her NAs while also allowing for extra hydro application for more vapes.
@@Quthology c6 Candace makes it so that Arlechinno can consistently proc vapes (along with her buff). In AOE situations Candace actually becomes a better hydro partner than Xinqui or Yelan (however in single target they are much better). It's also a lot of fun to play but it is dependent on Candaces c6.

Bran really going after all my mains fr, Venti, Xiao, Lyney, Cyno a little bit, Scara a little bit and Albedo a little bit, only main 2 he praised were Kazuha and Heizou
Imaginarum theatre made me glad I pulled for Venti. Kazuha alone in there was a PAIN when dealing with the mecha enemies. Venti is so much better in some ways and he's broken. I have both Kazuha and Venti and I never regret pulling for Venti. I literally throw him and just stand there and wait for hilchurls to die. He's amazing with Kazuha, Lynette (Lynette is amazing fun too) and Heizou. Honestly the only person I regretted pulling is Itto just because I spent my kazuha pulls on him and wouldn't have gotten him if not for Welkins a random person i met in the overworld bought for me but Kazuha is definitely my Go to when it comes to abyss. For exploration, Venti is amazing And as an Albedo main, you should definitely go for ALbedo. Albedo is literally my favourite geo. he works so well in every team, and he helps deal more dmg for characters like Hutao. Throw him with Venti/Kazuha/Benny(and I agree C6 Benny is so fun), Hutao, etc, and you see flowers popping. he's so fun, no regrets and I got him along with Chiori and Lyney
I don’t really regret pulling for anyone as long as they add more resource and especially more resin I’ll build and use all of them in order to not feel burn out!!!
I like all my characters. I have artifacfs on every single character and the only thing left is leveling. Yknow except dori she’s level one with level one basic claymore and no artifacts out of spite
Im someone who likes Qiqi and on my account she’s a sign of luck. To this day the only double five star I pulled was when I lost the 50/50 to Qiqi and then C1 Yelan came in at 2 pity. Then recently when I pulled for Sethos I accidentally got two five stars, the first was Alhaitham and then my heart started to drop when I saw a second, which was Qiqi. I wanted to lose cause I wanted Furina, and now I have Furina. Good job zombie kid!
I pulled Albedo on the chronicled wish and made him an on-field dps because I love him and want to look at him all the time. Don't regret it at all, my geo team is easily one of my strongest teams. They're the only team I've managed to beat an above ground local legend with (the underwater ones are easy).
I pulled him really early on during Dragonspine, but he was only used during Hu Tao teams because of the EM on burst. And then mono-geo on Itto. He’s been replaced with Chiori now lmfao

The Tartaglia part always makes me proud for the times my irl friends and genshin coop friends praise my Childe, he's an absolute unit and could never be replaced, I'll admit his skill did take a bit to learn but it works AMAZINGLY when you do figure out how to use it to your advantage.
Baizhu is actually so fun to play if you build him all healer :) I use him with Zhongli who has the Fontain craftable spear - Baizhu makes a great battery for Zhongli who gains his ult every like 10 ish seconds without any ER on him.
If ya don't regret Xiangling, you shouldn't regret Childe. He's literally the best character (and the actual best hydro application) for her to vape (and he front loads a fuck ton of damage before then too). You just have to count to 10 in his skill, like what they said in his story quest.

@@Eclipticlilies07 50k with just Furina and no signature weapon is something not a lot of players are going to hit, because believe it or not most players aren't hitting top 1% builds. Hell, I have a top 5% Neuvillette and even with a team of all 5*s (Kazuha, petra Zhongli, and Furina, Neuvillette on prototype amber), he's hitting something like 45k per tick.

So me with my terrible artifact luck my two abyss teams are alhaitham and neuvi. Alhaitham does 40k at most with kuki alone although his hit range is obviously limited, nahida makes him better ofc. Then there's neuvillette with 20k on his own and 50k with all ff points from furina with hp boost. But his charge atk has more aoe and hits and obliterates every corner. Both literally my fav characters but still comparing neuvi with alhaitham is simply stupid.

7:45 Ohhhh Dori. Truly a unit of all time. She is at her best at her C6 bc she heals the whole party and gets electro infusion to attacks 😂 Very in character to only be viable at the most expensive investment
Man it always hurts to see Dehya being a regret for everyone. Dehya is my main since her release where i C1R1 her and my favorite character in the entire game it just sucks that you need to invest so hardt into but ones you do its so worth it one of the most fun playstyles in this game and not nearly as bad as some people make her out to be so if you have her and are willing to put in the work go for it!
Keep in mind i also went C1R1 and i don't care about meta. She is my favorite unit in Sumeru (maybe in all of Genshin, alongside Beidou and Eula), both aesthetics and combat wise. But truth be told, her kit and numbers had been done so so dirty, it's actually insane. A lot of weird decisions rotten the package: cancellable ult by pressing jump, not cc-imune during the same cast, the lowest energy gains on a skill out of probably the whole cast of characters, 4 normal attack string actually missable, no synergy with most regular reactions, dual scaling, needs high invested top tier supports to "start working" (i change between full pyro or c6 mona), to name a few. She "feels" fun, but Dehya is not playing the same game as any other character released in Sumeru afterwards. Done floor 12 with full stars using Dehya in so many cycles, yet i can fully acknowledge she is subpar at best, even with high investments (only getting aboveaverage with higher cons that fixes her energy gain on ult). Whenever i use her on harder content, it's doable but i always leave with the particular taste of "that was fun.... but all my other units can do it better and smoothier. Anyway, thanks Bennet, Mona, Xiangling and Kazuha". Her being relegated to Standard banner killed my interest in the game, been playing since launch, quit on 3.6. Because why save for so many months, only to possibly get shafted to a bad kit, and worse yet, have an actual chance of not getting many copies because it's rng and relegated to not have reruns.

For a character where everything is perfect design story voice acting but do her so dirty in gameplay baffles my mind. But Genshin isnt hard so powerlevel really doesnt matter and sometimes even i go i dont wanna play ill go someone else and do it faster but when i wanna have fun i always go back to her and every Archon quests she is their. Also you are a person of great taste hahaha Beidou and Eula are also some of my favorites
I adore Dehya, she's one of my favourites in the game. If I had whale funds I would have C6'd on her banner. The community at large is so fucking horrible about her and forget how good she is in the story.
Dehya is also really good with arlecchino as her field gives father a defense she greatly needs. Pair dehya and arlecchino up with xingqiu, then throw in like chevreuse for an overvape team

As a triple crowned Tartaglia main, the sentiments around this guy is understandable. Matter of fact, I struggled with him a while, took getting used to the first time I got him, but he was the first bow unit that made me fall in love with the weapon (and I hate HATE H A T E bow units due to the crappy lag in mobile where I started before transferring my game to PC), and have mastered him since. Especially after learning the 8 thing. It's been a fun ride. Will slowly build him to his C6 alongside all my other favorite units.
About Lyney: I just put a phisical build on him and now I'm the number 1 phisical Lyney main (noted that I had no Idea how we worked in first place and I just saw twink and I pulled but yea) If you're annoyed at his play style just build him phisical. I turely have no idea what I'm doing but I'm doing smt and it's working.
Amber's play-style: Okay Amber's personality: Would rather never talk to Like genuinely an unlikable character, like idk what it is abt her but she's just not it for me... Well maybe it was when she was talking to Razor, he made it clear that there couldve been potentially other wolves, far more hostile, but Amber? She saw the very injured, rather young looking wolf and made it her god damned duty to act like the injured wolf was the 99% likely suspect... and she was talking abt whatever she was (a knight? enforcer of the law? i dont remember) but she treated one suspect as the most undeniable perpetrator when there is a reasonable argument as to why that wolf WASNT the one who did harm.... Well i guess that makes sense for many cops... she's doing her job being prejudiced ig. I hate her guts though... Also me and my friend both agree that Amber's a bitch, sorry to Amber lovers but she was treating an injured animal (who both physically and verbally cant defend itself) with so much disrespect, so I cannot find any respect for her 😭 edit: forgot to mention that as much as I hate her personality, I still fully respect Amber players, I'll just be trying to skip her dialogue as quick as possible is all 😭😂

Honestly- as someone who JUST started playing this was really useful! Obviously one person’s opinion will differ from another, but just hearing a general overview of how a character plays or what role they serve on a team is really, really helpful!
7:01 Do I regret pulling Dehya? No, and here's why I was struggling for ages in Noelle's Hangout beating that ruin guard in 1 minute until I got Dehya. I use Fischl all the time and she is my top unit, so even using Fischl and other strong hitters I had on the team was not enough. The only thing I dislike about Dehya is the banner timing. Shenhe's only ever rerun was after Dehya which gave me a Tighnari I don't really use. Also I wasn't going to pull for Albedo, I did to see if he would come home since I got Eula and her weapon before that banner and he decided to. Shenhe's release banner was the first time I became a true Genshin Gamer as in I lost to Qiqi the first time ever. I had lost to Mona Jean and Keqing before (Never Diluc until much later) and normally won pretty much every 50/50 in those early days, but yeah I finally lost to Qiqi during that time.

Shikanokonoko Heizou is amazing! Sure he's not the best by a long shot, but he's super fun! There's just something so satisfying about punching and kicking everything lol
Baizhu regrets? BAIZHU BORING?! Opinions invalidated! (Just kidding) It's always interesting to see people's different opinions on characters. I tend to pull for characters that I like the most, regardless of their kit, so in that regard, I never really regret my pulls. Admitedly, this does mean that I have a lot of characters that I love, but do not have built. I have terrible, terrible luck with artifact RNG, so building everyone that I have just seems soooooo daunting.
i dont have nahida and i dont plan to, ik she's meta but i just dont find her and her design interesting so my man Baizhu is ALWAYS in my dendro teams, love him to bits
Im a Collei main and let me tell you… she’s insane when she’s built properly! I have dendro bonus and a 50/50 crit dmg + rate on her and Amos bow. She’s great! Also Dehya is amazing I use her in my team
18:15 Bruh. Just don't use childe's skill for 30s, if you don't want the max cooldown. Ah wait.... he's a c6 neuvillette main. Must be too difficult to do something other than just hold down one button. As a serious tip though, you usually want to burst before going into his skill every rotation. So once you see that his burst has 6s left on it's cooldown that's a good time to end his melee stance (because that's 9s of melee). This is for the international team of course, which is his best team. His cooldown is the amount of time you use it + 6s. So you get around a 15s cooldown which is when you battery xiangling.
Bran also enjoys Alhaitham, who is comparably technical in his gameplay to Tartag. But still much easier to use and execute than Tartag. And you know damn well people want to get a little braindead while playing video games, so Childe's gameplay is just too much for most (me included). Why counting all the seconds when I can just do rotations and everything is off cooldown with full energy and deals big numbers? Additionally, when Childe was first released, he also faced the problem of bow weapons not being the best yet. Only now we have more bows for main dps', but more of bows have energy recharge stats and other support passives. Much easier to build a good sword, claymore or catalyst characters.
@@Musiyca you don't even have to count anything. Just see the number 6 on his burst icon and swap out. It's that easy. It's just intimidating when you don't realise how easy it is. Also you could just run stringless on him early on to vape his burst for big damage. You don't need 5 star weapons to make him good. His damage is divided equally between burst vaping and his normals. So improving one of them is still worth it if it doesn't affect the other. Prototype crescent was also good enough. And if you just want all burst off cooldown and not have to battery, just build more er on your characters. It's not complicated. I've completed abyss which xiangling on 257er because i forgot to change her er sands to an atk/em one. It's just people have always been hearing that childe is difficult to play which is why they shy away from putting 5 mins into learning how to play him. It's very straightforward, no need to count anything or do any gymnastics to get the max value out of the team. There's visual indicators for everything. The only semi skilled thing is learning guoba swirl if you use sucrose. If you use kazuha it's much easier.

damn i wish more ppl pull for Albedo. Inazuma really rendered him useless for a lil while but he’s a great carry and i love using him for lazy exploration ie AFK damage when i feel too lazy to deal with enemies. He’s so easy to build too.

Albedo was my first banner 5-star, obtained during his Dragonspine event. It came just after I started playing, I think, and my and my best friend who got me into the game agreed to go after whoever I didn't choose, seeing at it was the very first time we got 2 banners at once. We both got our five stars of choice, and while he still mains Eula to this day, I haven't used Albedo more than twice outside of the Abyss after I replaced him.
Just pointing it out but even as much as i dont like Lyney mainly because of his VA, his lyney has 9k HP and I refuse to believe has any 5 star artis on him because that dmg even on floor 9 is crazy. Even tho his criticism was his playstyle 😭
18:03 I hate how most people hate Childe just because they don't know how to play him. it's really not that hard. you should never use his skill for its whole duration until it automatically switches back, the longer you're in his melee stance the longer his cooldown is. I wish people (and I'm not talking just about Bran here, I'm talking in general) would learn how to play him more before complaining.
It's more so, the fun part of his kit is the one you're limited on using so much, so it makes me enjoy him less. I know how to use him but I dislike being restricted that much
I know! I’m a casual player and I love Childe so much! His “restriction” just makes him even more fun to play. Not to mention the visual satisfaction when you just sling sling everything. Though, it’s true, idk why they did him dirty with that cool down mechanic. I want to see people love playing him and not complaining ! It’s frustrating! (Hoyo’s fav my ass)
Amber is free but I feel like she was a waste of resources. 😅 I still use Kaeya and Lisa to this day, but I don't use her. I also use Traveller, Bennett (my beloved), Diluc and Jean. For Pyro, there's just better options. In fact, I thought ALL bow users barely did any damage (like one arrow is like -10 health even if I did build her up), until I played with Venti. Then I just realized Amber just wasn't it. Barbara was sort of a waste, too.

Thankfully in almost four years, I dont regret intentionally pulling any characters. Their were a few "accidents" when pulling for 4 stars but they happened at low pity so im not crying about it.
Proud arlecchino main. C5, and i use her on a team with lynette, raiden shogun, and tighnari so i can always do lots of damage. AOE is increased and I also get swirl with lynnette's ult, tighnari helps with burning and hyperbloom, and raiden is essentially sub dps to arlecchino with the talent that deals electro damage after attcks, even if she's not on field. Highly recommend this team, and it!s very powerful imo :)
I feel like it would be more fun to one day have you go through my account so I could explain my characters rather than list them all out but xD I never built Bennett until I got Lyney (love Lyney) and even then, I got lazy and he's only level 60 I got Ganyu because I tried her again and liked her, but I find her gameplay very boring now. I love Lyney's gameplay aesthetically though, between his fluid movements and the extra aspects like his cat hats exploding when you do more charged shots or his awesome normal attacks. Also, I'm fairly certain he and Ganyu charge at the same speed; I remember there was discussion about that early on and saw videos comparing it. I just want to say that besides Xiao, Diluc was the first character I mained because I was a simp, but even though I got him in 1.4 I never built Bennett for him in the end LOL Neuvillette as a (spoiler now?) dragon man was an instant pull choice for me (his outfit wasn't my fave at first but spats as a design choice NEVER miss so he became one of my faves haha). He was my first limited C6R5. Though... I did pull C6 Eula. She was my first official main because I could do so much dmg with her. To this day I'm still strong boxing to continue perfecting her build. I have a phys team using my fave character (Layla) so she will continue to have love. I only have her at R3 because path didn't exist during her initial banner and I never felt the "need" to pull later I literally pulled Childe just to get C6 Layla. I love my fellow Arab girlie. My other love was Chiori. Say what y'all want about her "repeated" mechanics; every mechanic in the game is repeated, but most are just less obvious as abilities. She still makes it new just as Haitham does, especially with her ability to fashion change into the next unit. But for me she's also C6 (*would* be R5 if I didn't lose so many many dang 5050s...) so I rarely actually use a rotation where she's swapping to the next. She can do so much dmg with basic attacks that I often don't need the team. She and Neuvillette are my top characters forever. She is a fashion designer and that made her an instant pull for me, especially as she's all about going for your dreams even in adversity, which was something I eventually succumbed to with my own desire to go into fashion. Thanks for sharing your thoughts Bran, I love watching videos like this where we learn about how people feel about their characters and accounts. You also have a comedy that makes it hilarious too :)
As a c2 Baizhu owner, I'll say that he's the best support for characters that can't be changed for their ult (like Cyno, Raiden etc), because he let's out those snakes that apply dendro and give healing
I appreciate that you stated your reason to not like beidou, most people i met who dont like her said she is mid but refuse to elaborate more to the point i doubt they even know how to play her.
As someone with a fully built Albedo, he works well with characters who rely on their charge attacks to do the majority of their damage *cough* *cough* *Neuvillette* *cough* because once you use his skill you can do up to an additional 15k geo damage per charge attack.
Wanderer is my most pleasing pull i ever had , i was surprised by his smooth gliding system and gameplay now i cant do exploration without him i c6 him to show my appreciation this character , plus he became the only anemo boy i cant control without being bored , i just wish we had his "scaramouche skin" i dont like green as a color on him i wish the black and red skin was available id buy it for aesthetic

At C6 his cooldown is no longer a problem and he is jsut a treasure. I am a good pimp, I care for my boys.
The only time his cooldown becomes an issue for me is if I fail to switch back to bow before a cutscene starts during quests.

But his cooldowns are indeed annoying at times.
He's my first 5* and pretty much use him for everything (except Hydroslimes obviously).
He's also not a character that 'misfires' his burst into the landscape because they thought, they have to hit that slime way over there (thanks, Diluc, real classy of you..).

I love Ganyu and got me through a bunch of end-game content early on. Her, Keqing and Ningguang were some of the few characters I built early on because of Liyue Qixing gang.
So when her outfit was released, instant buy day one
I got Ganyu specifically for the Monstadt weapon domain and the Oceanid. I cannot regret her for that alone.
I remember when I first heard of Genshin Impact, Ganyu was the character that interested me the most (I thought and still think that she has gorgeous eyes).
Needless to say I very happily pulled for her and recently got the Amos bow by complete accident on the standard banner.
Now she's one of my strongest and most invested characters. Long live the cocogoat !!

It was frustrating that the story’s main conflicts centered around an NPC instead of Nilou herself. Had they swapped the NPC’s backstory for it being Nilou’s it would have been much more compelling. I’m glad that Genshin is learning from these past mistakes though because all of the recent story quests are getting much better at centering around the playable characters instead of some NPC.

@@Quthology I’d say look it up to know for sure bc I saw this in passing and have yet to build her. But afaik C6 Candace does a thing similar to C6 Fischl where her burst will coordinate hydro attacks with your normal attacks as well as give you a normal attack buff that is comparative to YunJin. So with Arlecchino, Candace is buffing her NAs while also allowing for extra hydro application for more vapes.
@@Quthology c6 Candace makes it so that Arlechinno can consistently proc vapes (along with her buff). In AOE situations Candace actually becomes a better hydro partner than Xinqui or Yelan (however in single target they are much better). It's also a lot of fun to play but it is dependent on Candaces c6.

Imaginarum theatre made me glad I pulled for Venti. Kazuha alone in there was a PAIN when dealing with the mecha enemies. Venti is so much better in some ways and he's broken. I have both Kazuha and Venti and I never regret pulling for Venti. I literally throw him and just stand there and wait for hilchurls to die. He's amazing with Kazuha, Lynette (Lynette is amazing fun too) and Heizou. Honestly the only person I regretted pulling is Itto just because I spent my kazuha pulls on him and wouldn't have gotten him if not for Welkins a random person i met in the overworld bought for me but Kazuha is definitely my Go to when it comes to abyss. For exploration, Venti is amazing
And as an Albedo main, you should definitely go for ALbedo. Albedo is literally my favourite geo. he works so well in every team, and he helps deal more dmg for characters like Hutao. Throw him with Venti/Kazuha/Benny(and I agree C6 Benny is so fun), Hutao, etc, and you see flowers popping. he's so fun, no regrets and I got him along with Chiori and Lyney

Im someone who likes Qiqi and on my account she’s a sign of luck. To this day the only double five star I pulled was when I lost the 50/50 to Qiqi and then C1 Yelan came in at 2 pity. Then recently when I pulled for Sethos I accidentally got two five stars, the first was Alhaitham and then my heart started to drop when I saw a second, which was Qiqi. I wanted to lose cause I wanted Furina, and now I have Furina. Good job zombie kid!

I pulled Albedo on the chronicled wish and made him an on-field dps because I love him and want to look at him all the time. Don't regret it at all, my geo team is easily one of my strongest teams. They're the only team I've managed to beat an above ground local legend with (the underwater ones are easy).
I pulled him really early on during Dragonspine, but he was only used during Hu Tao teams because of the EM on burst. And then mono-geo on Itto.

The Tartaglia part always makes me proud for the times my irl friends and genshin coop friends praise my Childe, he's an absolute unit and could never be replaced, I'll admit his skill did take a bit to learn but it works AMAZINGLY when you do figure out how to use it to your advantage.
Baizhu is actually so fun to play if you build him all healer :) I use him with Zhongli who has the Fontain craftable spear - Baizhu makes a great battery for Zhongli who gains his ult every like 10 ish seconds without any ER on him.

If ya don't regret Xiangling, you shouldn't regret Childe. He's literally the best character (and the actual best hydro application) for her to vape (and he front loads a fuck ton of damage before then too). You just have to count to 10 in his skill, like what they said in his story quest.

Hell, I have a top 5% Neuvillette and even with a team of all 5*s (Kazuha, petra Zhongli, and Furina, Neuvillette on prototype amber), he's hitting something like 45k per tick.

Then there's neuvillette with 20k on his own and 50k with all ff points from furina with hp boost. But his charge atk has more aoe and hits and obliterates every corner. Man it always hurts to see Dehya being a regret for everyone.
Dehya is my main since her release where i C1R1 her and my favorite character in the entire game it just sucks that you need to invest so hardt into but ones you do its so worth it one of the most fun playstyles in this game and not nearly as bad as some people make her out to be so if you have her and are willing to put in the work go for it!
Keep in mind i also went C1R1 and i don't care about meta.
She is my favorite unit in Sumeru (maybe in all of Genshin, alongside Beidou and Eula), both aesthetics and combat wise. But truth be told, her kit and numbers had been done so so dirty, it's actually insane. A lot of weird decisions rotten the package: cancellable ult by pressing jump, not cc-imune during the same cast, the lowest energy gains on a skill out of probably the whole cast of characters, 4 normal attack string actually missable, no synergy with most regular reactions, dual scaling, needs high invested top tier supports to "start working" (i change between full pyro or c6 mona), to name a few. She "feels" fun, but Dehya is not playing the same game as any other character released in Sumeru afterwards.
Done floor 12 with full stars using Dehya in so many cycles, yet i can fully acknowledge she is subpar at best, even with high investments (only getting aboveaverage with higher cons that fixes her energy gain on ult). Whenever i use her on harder content, it's doable but i always leave with the particular taste of "that was fun.... but all my other units can do it better and smoothier. Anyway, thanks Bennet, Mona, Xiangling and Kazuha".
Her being relegated to Standard banner killed my interest in the game, been playing since launch, quit on 3.6. Because why save for so many months, only to possibly get shafted to a bad kit, and worse yet, have an actual chance of not getting many copies because it's rng and relegated to not have reruns.

I adore Dehya, she's one of my favourites in the game. If I had whale funds I would have C6'd on her banner. The community at large is so fucking horrible about her and forget how good she is in the story.
Dehya is also really good with arlecchino as her field gives father a defense she greatly needs. Pair dehya and arlecchino up with xingqiu, then throw in like chevreuse for an overvape team

As a triple crowned Tartaglia main, the sentiments around this guy is understandable. Matter of fact, I struggled with him a while, took getting used to the first time I got him, but he was the first bow unit that made me fall in love with the weapon (and I hate HATE H A T E bow units due to the crappy lag in mobile where I started before transferring my game to PC), and have mastered him since. Especially after learning the 8 thing. It's been a fun ride. Will slowly build him to his C6 alongside all my other favorite units.

7:01 Do I regret pulling Dehya? No, and here's why I was struggling for ages in Noelle's Hangout beating that ruin guard in 1 minute until I got Dehya. I use Fischl all the time and she is my top unit, so even using Fischl and other strong hitters I had on the team was not enough. The only thing I dislike about Dehya is the banner timing. Shenhe's only ever rerun was after Dehya which gave me a Tighnari I don't really use. Also I wasn't going to pull for Albedo, I did to see if he would come home since I got Eula and her weapon before that banner and he decided to. Shenhe's release banner was the first time I became a true Genshin Gamer as in I lost to Qiqi the first time ever. I had lost to Mona Jean and Keqing before (Never Diluc until much later) and normally won pretty much every 50/50 in those early days, but yeah I finally lost to Qiqi during that time.
Absolutely love this new style especially the editing and the script. Also surprised to see we agree for the most part, prolly cuz its way different from Doro's.

I tend to pull for characters that I like the most, regardless of their kit, so in that regard, I never really regret my pulls. Admitedly, this does mean that I have a lot of characters that I love, but do not have built. I have terrible, terrible luck with artifact RNG, so building everyone that I have just seems soooooo daunting.

Ah wait.... he's a c6 neuvillette main. Must be too difficult to do something other than just hold down one button.
As a serious tip though, you usually want to burst before going into his skill every rotation. So once you see that his burst has 6s left on it's cooldown that's a good time to end his melee stance (because that's 9s of melee). This is for the international team of course, which is his best team.
His cooldown is the amount of time you use it + 6s. So you get around a 15s cooldown which is when you battery xiangling.

Bran also enjoys Alhaitham, who is comparably technical in his gameplay to Tartag. But still much easier to use and execute than Tartag.
And you know damn well people want to get a little braindead while playing video games, so Childe's gameplay is just too much for most (me included). Why counting all the seconds when I can just do rotations and everything is off cooldown with full energy and deals big numbers? Additionally, when Childe was first released, he also faced the problem of bow weapons not being the best yet. Only now we have more bows for main dps', but more of bows have energy recharge stats and other support passives. Much easier to build a good sword, claymore or catalyst characters.
@@Musiyca you don't even have to count anything. Just see the number 6 on his burst icon and swap out. It's that easy. It's just intimidating when you don't realise how easy it is.
Also you could just run stringless on him early on to vape his burst for big damage. You don't need 5 star weapons to make him good. His damage is divided equally between burst vaping and his normals. So improving one of them is still worth it if it doesn't affect the other.
Prototype crescent was also good enough.
And if you just want all burst off cooldown and not have to battery, just build more er on your characters. It's not complicated. I've completed abyss which xiangling on 257er because i forgot to change her er sands to an atk/em one.
It's just people have always been hearing that childe is difficult to play which is why they shy away from putting 5 mins into learning how to play him.
It's very straightforward, no need to count anything or do any gymnastics to get the max value out of the team. There's visual indicators for everything.
The only semi skilled thing is learning guoba swirl if you use sucrose. If you use kazuha it's much easier.

Albedo was my first banner 5-star, obtained during his Dragonspine event. It came just after I started playing, I think, and my and my best friend who got me into the game agreed to go after whoever I didn't choose, seeing at it was the very first time we got 2 banners at once. We both got our five stars of choice, and while he still mains Eula to this day, I haven't used Albedo more than twice outside of the Abyss after I replaced him.

Amber is free but I feel like she was a waste of resources. 😅 I still use Kaeya and Lisa to this day, but I don't use her. I also use Traveller, Bennett (my beloved), Diluc and Jean. For Pyro, there's just better options. In fact, I thought ALL bow users barely did any damage (like one arrow is like -10 health even if I did build her up), until I played with Venti. Then I just realized Amber just wasn't it. Barbara was sort of a waste, too.

Thankfully in almost four years, I dont regret intentionally pulling any characters. Their were a few "accidents" when pulling for 4 stars but they happened at low pity so im not crying about it.
Chevreuse’s damage isn’t where she shines, it’s her ability to single-handedly make overload teams actually viable that’s great
Proud arlecchino main. C5, and i use her on a team with lynette, raiden shogun, and tighnari so i can always do lots of damage. AOE is increased and I also get swirl with lynnette's ult, tighnari helps with burning and hyperbloom, and raiden is essentially sub dps to arlecchino with the talent that deals electro damage after attcks, even if she's not on field. Highly recommend this team, and it!s very powerful imo :)

I never built Bennett until I got Lyney (love Lyney) and even then, I got lazy and he's only level 60
I got Ganyu because I tried her again and liked her, but I find her gameplay very boring now. I love Lyney's gameplay aesthetically though, between his fluid movements and the extra aspects like his cat hats exploding when you do more charged shots or his awesome normal attacks. Also, I'm fairly certain he and Ganyu charge at the same speed; I remember there was discussion about that early on and saw videos comparing it.
I just want to say that besides Xiao, Diluc was the first character I mained because I was a simp, but even though I got him in 1.4 I never built Bennett for him in the end LOL
Neuvillette as a (spoiler now?) dragon man was an instant pull choice for me (his outfit wasn't my fave at first but spats as a design choice NEVER miss so he became one of my faves haha). He was my first limited C6R5. Though...
I did pull C6 Eula. She was my first official main because I could do so much dmg with her. To this day I'm still strong boxing to continue perfecting her build. I have a phys team using my fave character (Layla) so she will continue to have love. I only have her at R3 because path didn't exist during her initial banner and I never felt the "need" to pull later
I literally pulled Childe just to get C6 Layla. I love my fellow Arab girlie.
My other love was Chiori. Say what y'all want about her "repeated" mechanics; every mechanic in the game is repeated, but most are just less obvious as abilities. She still makes it new just as Haitham does, especially with her ability to fashion change into the next unit. But for me she's also C6 (*would* be R5 if I didn't lose so many many dang 5050s...) so I rarely actually use a rotation where she's swapping to the next. She can do so much dmg with basic attacks that I often don't need the team. She and Neuvillette are my top characters forever. She is a fashion designer and that made her an instant pull for me, especially as she's all about going for your dreams even in adversity, which was something I eventually succumbed to with my own desire to go into fashion.

Kazuha is just fine but to this day I still prefer Venti; I lowkey regret getting C2 of him because I don't really do his C2 rotations

As a c2 Baizhu owner, I'll say that he's the best support for characters that can't be changed for their ult (like Cyno, Raiden etc), because he let's out those snakes that apply dendro and give healing

I appreciate that you stated your reason to not like beidou, most people i met who dont like her said she is mid but refuse to elaborate more to the point i doubt they even know how to play her.
As someone with a fully built Albedo, he works well with characters who rely on their charge attacks to do the majority of their damage *cough* *cough* *Neuvillette* *cough* because once you use his skill you can do up to an additional 15k geo damage per charge attack.
you're missing out on Beidou, pairs really well with arleccino and is a top mind unit for any tazer/overload team

Wanderer is my most pleasing pull i ever had , i was surprised by his smooth gliding system and gameplay now i cant do exploration without him i c6 him to show my appreciation this character , plus he became the only anemo boy i cant control without being bored , i just wish we had his "scaramouche skin" i dont like green as a color on him i wish the black and red skin was available id buy it for aesthetic
arlecchino is literally “a seven nation army couldn’t hold me back”
