- I’ve owned this KTM 350 since 2020 and after years of riding this dirt bike I’ve decided to do a no budget dirt bike build to see if I can make my favourite bike even better!
Everything from the all new MX-Tech Blackjack Fork and National shock, to a race motor and ignition tune from JPM. You’ve all heard me talk about how much I love this bike but at the end of the build I decided to hand it over to Mike Sleeter to test and give me his honest feedback.

Jase has really stepped his game up the past few years and these build videos show that. He just has a unique way of mixing a vlog, bike build and story all into one. I’d love to see these mini movies on moto events all over the world.

I just purchased a 23 ktm 350 xc-f factory edition... its the best bike ive ever thrown my leg over.... im slow and sketchy as hell but i love this bike! Thanks for bringing this 350 platform to my attention...
Your words ony add to the moto word, and seeing you ride shows your passion as well. I think every one wants to do exactly what youu did and sleeter is another bonus when he talks. Great team work and awesome build. Did i see 55 hp from a 350 wow.

This podcast and the Deegans have gotten me back into the interest of moto. Plan on getting a bike within the next year really enjoyed the podcast with Mohammad Al Bolooshi on it. Highly recommend that one. Now I’m starting to listen from the start backwards. Thanks Jase keep up the great work.

You mentioned tinkering as being part of the fun. I, wholeheartedly, agree Jase! I feel like I have more confidence in the bike and my riding skills when I know exactly how the bike is working underneath me. I love how technical our sport is, on and off the bike. Nothing beats a good day of riding, followed up with some good tunes (or the latest episode of Gypsy Tales) in the garage dialing in the bike 👌🏻👌🏻

Got quite a similar bike… 2022 GasGas 350, Xtrig triple clamps with cone valve and a renthal at the front. Super trax in the rear, both setup by a wp guru. Engine also has a compression bump and fitting map with an Akra exhaust. Modified the airbox lid and fitted a TwinAir powerflow kit. It’s a brilliant bike, soooo smooth and powerful, gives a lot of confidence. This is my third 350since 2014, really in love with these bikes and quite happy I still got a fresh one with the old frame.

I love the video. I race Hare Scrambles here in Florida. I recently bought a 23 300xc to replace my Husky 450. I was on the fence about getting a 350xc, but I just prefer the 2t. The 450 power is just too much to handle at the end of a long race.

Im also now in the vet category who likes shiny cool looking shizen. 90% of all fasteners are titanium cause I wanted to see blue bolts, lighter weight was secondary 😂. Then I started changing guards to carbon and to finish it off I'm going for Ti axles and a carbon fuel tank and getting B kit work done to my suspension with Kashima coating.....then I probably won't ride it anymore hahaha. I froth on wicked looking machines. Your bikes dripping Gypsy!!

Completely agree. Nice work on the build. Hamish Harwood sold me his mx tec suspension, DEP pipe and GET 2 ignition system of a 350 and it turned it into a 450 eater. It would eat all 450s on the line except Josh Coppins Yamaha where it was about the same speed in a straight line....I wonder what he had done to the engine? I know JCR don't run stock....and he did ask me what I had done to it, so imagine going high comp and race fuel would make it an animal.....after trying a spected up 450 and comparing lap times I really can't understand why the pros aren't using them....the only reason I can see is the 450 does get off the start line better no matter what we did. However the 2sec a lap on a 2min track makes up for it all day long.

I had a 350 for 5 years, great bike for a 30+ rider but it made me lazy. Went back to a 250 2 stroke and MX is so much more fun now

Hopefully you see this lol but youve convinced me to get a 350, one question I have is how do you like the mx tech suspension? I'm thinking about getting it because I love the idea of the 49mm fork but how has it held up and all that?

Just finished rebuilding my son's 2016 350. What a great bike. Why do they not have a 350 class or have guys race them in the 450 class.
I love 350 and 300 2 stroke but 450 are narly that's what's impressive watching the pro throw them around when average person just could never

I can’t justify getting rid of my ‘22 kx250f with a Ti6 pc pipe/tune with a revalved kyb suspension for a 350 quite yet but it is on the wish list!

These would be perfect if they had the durability of a 450. Some of us ride 450s because it’s cheaper overall than 350 or 250.
