I have these (in white) (I'm in the UK) and once partnered with the right equipment and cables are great at digging up detail and separating instruments. Use quality cables that are not bright sounding and these will sing. Nice to see the unboxing, I did the upside down extraction with mine. They are quite heavy too!

Right now we have they powered by a Rega Elex-R and the Rega duet speaker cables. Phenomenal match.
Are they a bright sounding speakers?

Russel Steward thank you for your reply😀 I am using Atoll IN200SE with all Rega analogue front end and Clear day double shotgun + acoustic zen cables. They really sound great and keep you wondering how is the f700 series sound like👍
Nice unboxing :-) Can you please let me know where are the 501, 502, 500 bookshelf and the 500C are made in ?
They are all designed in the UK. The 300 and 500 series are made in China, and the 700 series and up are made in the UK.

Amazing combination
I have ordered it and am eagerly waiting to connect it to my Cambridge CXA81. My cables are the B&W LS 1000 monitor. Does anyone have experience with Cambridge and Fyneaudio?

Haven’t heard that combo.
They also sound great with the Marantz pm7005.
Definitely worth trying.
Ha I've got Pm7005 and I'm about to buy and pair them together. About 23sq/m living room. I been told (by the shop assistant) that they would pair well. And now I read Your post here :)

I think you will like this combination alot. The Marantz has absolutely no problem driving the 501's. I was also very impressed by the deep fast bass notes.

I am in the process of buying them. Will let you know, how impressed I am when they will come. Matter of a week hopefully.
The speakers I have here now are Mission Mx3, it's nothing to compare, so anyhow I will be blown away.
Just the thing is I'm a bit scared of the quantity of the base. I stay in a terraced house - that means I've got neighbours each side wall to wall. They were not bothered until now with Mx3 - but they were nothing to compare to F501...

@@punx916 yes I did. It's about a month I got them. The same amplifier (Pm7005). It is absolutely another league. Detail, micro detail, soundstage, the highs and bottom - everything altogether is way way better. They keep on amazing me. There is no way back. Mission MX3 done....
Where are they made? China?
TK Lee 300 and 500 series are made in China, the 700 and above are made in Scotland.

My F501s also don't have that feature. I am from India. My dealer's demo pair also lacks the same. Very unfortunate.
