Just finished, another wonderful set of exercises! I imagine I and many others could really benefit from it. I suffer from chronic dizzines and TBI. So horrible memory too. But I imagine some others here also could use a workout for their brain. You could combine it with a strech or balance too.. I hope it's okay I write this. I don't want to come across as rude or demanding. It is just difficult finding it other places. I do appreciate the shorter workouts at this point because I'd rather do a couple of 10- or 15-minutes ones several times a day than one longer one. Just wondering what your thoughts are on this.

I am a 32 year old woman, I have hypothyroidism and I was wondering if this would help tone my upper body? I have alot of upper body fat but my lower body is toned because I walk alot at work.
The actual moves were great. Love the compound moves. But I probably won't do any of your other workouts because I wanted some way of tracking the duration of each set and of the whole workout. An onscreen timer, a specific number of reps, or even you just counting down the last few reps would really help. The transitions between moves felt abrupt, clunky, and (if I'm being honest) amateurish to me. HTH. Best wishes.

That's up to you Carol. It's good as an add-on or if you are short on time. If it's your only workout, then yes, do it 2-3 times!
