I did a 15 minute workout before doing the arm exercises. Don’t know how I managed it but gave myself a little knock on the head with the weights woke me up for the rest of Exercises. Well be coming back to the arm exercises. Very easy to fit in to the day. Thank you Lauren❤️

I’m semi-retired but healthy because I worked very physically until it was just too hard, but this show is perfect because it’s not ridiculously challenging, yet effective. Also not overly easy. Some programs for seniors are too easy. I like how you say, “make it you”.

I really liked the exercises. I performed with 2 kg dumbbells, they are a bit heavy for me, at the beginning I had difficulty lifting them up, but at the end of the workout it was not at all difficult to work with them.
