10 Minute Standing Arm Workout for Beginners & Seniors to the Beat 🎶

- Get ready to tone and strengthen your upper body with this 10 minute arm workout. All exercises are in a standing position and are set to the beat of the music which makes it fun and motivating!
Please go at your own pace if you needed and start with an appropriate size weight. I'm using two 5lb dumbbells and it's challenging. I recommend starting with lighter weights such as 3lbs. Increase your weights as you get stronger!
There is no warm up provided in this video, so please make sure your muscles are warm before starting. There is however, lots of stretching at the end that will leave you feeling great!
All exercises are also appropriate for those with osteoporosis. There is no bending or twisting of the spine and the strength training is great for building bone mass.

I really liked the exercises. I performed with 2 kg dumbbells, they are a bit heavy for me, at the beginning I had difficulty lifting them up, but at the end of the workout it was not at all difficult to work with them. Progress is obvious! I love all your workouts and I'm glad I'm on your channel! Thanks so much, Lauren!

I don't remember when I first started working out with you...its been months now and I'm happy to report the range of motion in my shoulders has improved a lot! I'm sure there's other areas that have improved as well but due to an injury from 2013 in my shoulders, they have had less than satisfactory mobility and now I'm able to move them with much more fluidity...thanks so much!!!

I did a 15 minute workout before doing the arm exercises. Don’t know how I managed it but gave myself a little knock on the head with the weights woke me up for the rest of Exercises. Well be coming back to the arm exercises. Very easy to fit in to the day. Thank you Lauren❤️

When I go to the gym I am always a bit lost and a bit intimidated on the arm exercises! I look around and everyone knows exactly what to do, what weights to use, how many repetitions and which movement to do! At 61 , I would like to have arms more toned !! This workout is exactly what I needed !!!! Following you is the best thing I could ever do ! Great workout. Thank you. I combined two ten minute workouts this morning, perfect! I always look for twenty minute workouts. I find that to be the perfect length for my schedule. Would you consider making a series of 20 minute videos to easily access?

Recent subscriber...and just have to say how much I love this channel. I'm 61, in fairly good shape (have done Pilates for 18 yrs), but have realized that doing all advanced versions of everything has really backfired on my body! I'm finding your workouts PERFECT. You add comments and little variations that really make a difference in terms of hitting smaller muscles etc. I'm seeing I can move without the little pains when I get into weird positions reaching for things etc. THANK YOU!
