How does this compare to set meal sukiyaki restaurants at the same price point?

I think one the reasons we liked this place so much is that the quality of meat was so good. Usually if its an all you can eat restaurant the quality is lacking. Everything from the fresh vegetable to the meat was great. I feel like a similar sukiyaki restaurant would be using the same quality of meat but they actually cook and serve it for you. Here you will cook and serve yourself. So that is the trade off.
