  • Today, I am taking you to one of my favorite all you can eat A5 wagyu beef in Tokyo. The name of the restaurant is Ginza Steak. They have 4 branches in Tokyo and are always busy so it is recommended that you make a reservation online. If you’d prefer to walk-in, you will have a better chance of getting a seat during lunch time. Visit their website www.ginzano.jp... for lunch and dinner menu options.
    For this episode, I visited the Ginza Steak Honten which is close to the Shimbashi station.
    Enjoy and thanks for watching.

    I did not have a good experience at this restaurant. The preset starter meats(mandatory) were all Round Cuts and were tough. Even after finishing these servings the choices for the AYCE were still Round or Chuck Cuts. Most were still tough. Wagyu? I don’t think so.

    I had a chance of eating Wagyu in Japan but I chose different dishes instead. I should have tried Wagyu. This is amazing and sumptuous.

    I hope the Chef would put more quality green in the plate (1. Pan seered fresh shitake mushrooms, 2. Spinach or water Crest buds (stir fried), 3. Cherry Tomato)

    In japan, all you can eat = same portion as a regular dish. Only silly gaijins dont understand.😂

    Is this actually kuroge wagyu? The color doesnt seem like one tho. I never had wagyu that looked white like this before

    • @WanderetsaM
      @WanderetsaM  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi! the menu is listed as A5 Kuroge Wagyu. The package I got have both Shimohuri (more marbling) and Akami (leaner cut). I can say that the Shimohuri was far better than anything I have tried anywhere.

    tbh I prefer AYCE places where I can cook by myself. It's just more fun for me 😂😂😂

    Thanks for sharing the video. Do you know if the restaurant serves non-meat dishes as my daughter doesn't eat meat?

    • @WanderetsaM
      @WanderetsaM  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi, thanks for your comment. They do serve non meat dishes as part of the meal (like fish) but not sure if you'd be willing to pay the entire cost of the meal without having the beef. If you are planning to visit, I would recommend to inquire if they have non meat options. I do not recall having seen it on the menu but probably it can be arranged separately.

    I saw the website says no reception of preschool children. What age does that mean?

    • @WanderetsaM
      @WanderetsaM  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi @katrinawong3584, not sure if this is due to the restaurant not having the logistics like high chairs for children or perhaps due to the absence of kids menu as well as the nature of the restaurant (all you can eat). Anyway, I would suggest that you call them to check the minimum age for children that you can bring if you are interested to visit.
