  • Once you have the fuel map uploaded to the PCV, you have to calibrate to your machine's TPS using the Power Commander Software- this is a simple, but very important procedure to ensure the PCV applies the fuel adjustments at the correct throttle opening. All it takes is a couple clicks within the software menu with your machine running, a quick whack of the throttle to wide open, and another click to save the setting. What this does is tell the PCV the voltage output of your machine's Throttle Position Sensor from idle to wide open throttle, so it then will automatically calculate the throttle opening percentage based on the voltage range seen during the calibration process and sync up the application of the fuel adjustments we have specified in the map.
