Awesome Robin. Using turmeric for hubby with recurrent cancer. Here's a tip -- test the curcumin levels of whatever turmeric you are using by adding it to a borax and water solution (Mule Team laundry booster) -- the darker orange-brown the solution, the higher the curcumin level. I did this with three sources including raw tubers. A wholesale powder I have won. I find that freezing fresh turmeric diminishes the efficacy and tablets are always questionable. Of course do not drink your Borax science experiment.
I made this after watching your video because my sister, who like me, has developed a very, very slight lactose intolerance. The only ingredient I would/did add to your recipe is two grates of nutmeg. Great video 👍
This is a good recipe. I'm used to healthy recipes not being sweet enough for me but I'd say this recipe is enough sweetness. Good balance of chocolate to turmeric.
My husband and I are heading to the gym in a couple of hours. I'm still trying to rebuild my muscles from having broken my upper humerus. I usually take a couple of Tylenol but I made a cup of this tea instead. I'm hoping for great things to come 💚
I wondered how to get turmeric in my diet without only using curry.now i dont have to lose sleep figuring it out.and i am glad you did a taste test to asure me it tasted good, because turmeric is strong by itself.but good combination because i love chocolate milk.i wish i had looked at the video earlier ,so i could have made some.
I am definitely going to make this drink.! I have really bad arthritis all over my body & I heard that Turmeric can help with inflammation. The only milk I can drink is a2 milk would that be fine?
Hey Robin 💜 another great tip, but I would say that's a twist on golden milk🥺🤔? I add a half cup of heavy cream in mine. My husband loves chocolate and I've got him drinking it too😄thanx for a good chocolate tip👍got a perm did ya? Funny I've been thinking of doing the same, thin hair🥴be well💙
Hi Yvonne, it is a twist on golden milk, absolutely. Just a nice change of pace! I get a perm once a year! I go crazy when it gets too straight! Cheers!!

My sweetiepie makes it without chocolate. It still worked in the early 2000s.
Your chocolate tea looks elegant, Robin. What would you recommend when making no bake vegan chocolate cheesecake? Stay safe, sweetie.
Hi!..can i mix coffee and creamer to my turmeric tea ? and since turmeric roots are abundant in the Philippines, i’am using fresh roots..
Hi Mrs. Rockin Robin it looks very very sweet😋 and it's good for your immune system.

Hi Cathy, 2% milk is fine. You can always add a bit of coconut oil or butter to the drink, say a tsp.
I have all these ingredients!
Yes! Let me know what you think.
