do you have that positive aura 24/7 Sadia... I sometimes feel like you set a timer to produce that positive aura... like "I will produce that positive aura from 00:00:00am - 23:59:59pm and will take a 1 min of break to sleep" :D ... gosh your voice and smile literally make me throws away my negativity... THANK YOU... :)
I made the peppermint mocha for the first time for a guest who came over to my house, who I barely knew. When my guest drank it, they fell in LOVE with it... My guest said that they are going to invite us for christmas because the drink! Crazy right! I got close to a person because of a drink! I really don't know if anyone else has experienced something like this but yeah, I have! So I wanted to give a HUGE thank you to you Sadia! Seriously, this one comes deep from my heart. =)
This is so perfectly timed... I just came home after riding my bike for 50 minute through the cold, rain and wind. I am FREEZING so I will definitely make one of these warm cozy drinks. Thank you!
As a novice student of Japanese tea ceremony...we literally give the guest a tiny sugar cube and tell them when to eat it before giving them the tea. It isn't a western thing either; it's part of the "script." There's etiquette involved in simply presenting the sweets tray. The sweet isn't always packed sugar, but my instructor favored them because they were small and traveled well. You might like how they're made; with very fine sugar and all natural dyes.
Hi Sadia! First of all, a hearty congratulations to both of you(on your engagement) and lots of love from India❣. I have been a fan of your kitchen and your recipes for 3 years now.

If you add lemon juice to butterfly pea it turns pink. You can use the flowers to make tea as well. You could possibly find it at your local asian supermarket.
Love the blue one, in my country it's called Telang flower. I also love the turmeric latte, my mom always make it in winter. Also love rest of colorful warm lattes 🥰 thank you
I've made every single one of these lattes and I have beautiful jars of them ready for my afternoon pick-me up/calm-me down. Each one is such a perfect blend. (I did add a little allspice to the Butterfly Pea Flower latte). Life choices. This latte selection is a solid, beautiful and nourishing life voice.
we made several of these for Christmas gifts - loved the mocha (as expected), came to love the smurf latte (loved the color from the get go), and the surprise favorite (for me) was the spiced golden latte. I've had several over this last year, and this is the best - easy to put together, delicious in oat milk - just the right amount of tumeric to spices. Perfection!
I gifted my family your spiced muffins last year and everyone is still raving about them! I was just thinking about what to do this year - so this video came right in time! ❤️

I was just searching what this butterfly pea powder is, this flower grows wildly in India in my home town. I never knew you eat them. I am surprised and happy to see those blue colors. Thanks for these recipes
The outtakes at the end just seal the deal on how much I enjoy your content. It’s always so refreshing and mindful but you’re sweet and open about mistakes and that’s comforting not only in the kitchen :)
Stumbled upon your channel a few days ago. Made the sweet potato red lentil soup and the golden latte since then. Both were absolutely amazing! Such good flavors. I love Bhakti Chai but don’t always have the concentrate handy. The golden latte is just as good and now I have a whole dry batch to use whenever I like. Thank you! 💕
Oooh!! Some new drink mixes to try - the red velvet, golden latte, and pea flower mixes look so cool and delicious!! I recently made mocha, chai, and matcha drink mixes for three different families. For the chai, I used instant tea powder, chai spices (cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves), sugar, dry milk powder, and dry creamer (dairy, yes). It’s super yummy! I’m sure there is plant based milk powder out there for those wanting to have an instant drink mix that includes all the ingredients besides water. But I also like the idea of no milk powder because then any kind of milk can be added 😊

Love the scaling feature on the website and substitutions. Congrats to you & Robin, you make an adorable couple💕💕💕 AND THANKS FOR THE BLOOPERS🤣🤣🤣
Sadia, I just tried 2 of these recipes today with my best friend, for the first time, and of course we both watched your video about 4-5 times before we started, for inspiration! I want to say, though, that one thing that warms my heart even more than the cozy lattes is your ability to be so down-to-earth and vulnerable no matter how famous you are. I truly view you as my favorite influencer, and this is probably my top reason. Your blooper reel is a testament to the fact that we can aspire for excellence yet still laugh when we make mistakes and see them as a learning opportunity rather than a trigger to be self-critical. As someone who is trying to grow my confidence and decrease my perfectionism, you are truly such a role model! Love you! P.S. I would be remiss if I didn't add: the lattes (smurf and matcha) were such a hit. We even made seconds for her parents! :D
I am so appreciative how all these drinks are vegan! Finding plant based/vegan drink options out this way is next to impossible. Gladly will be making these drinks at home to enjoy 😊

if you don’t have a whisk, you can use chopsticks to stir the matcha also. i think it works better than a spoon or fork to get the foam and to mix it thoroughly. (i’ve seen some people recommend to use a fork also.)
I love this video so much 🥰 Thank you very much for sharing these recipes, Sadia! Definitely going to try them! My personal favourite drink for cold season is a mix of turmeric, ginger, cinnamon powder and lemon juice + some hot water 😋👌 such a boost for your immune system and also tastes very good!
We watched this and loved it sooo much. We ordered the beetroot powder and butterfly pea flower powder online and made the red velvet latte with oat milk today. It’s a really strong, earthy flavour - not quite what I was expecting. We ended up doubling the cocoa and espresso to tone it down a bit. It’s looks pretty, though.
This video was uploaded at the right time... Cause at that time i was in supermarket!! and i just bought the things i wanted to make Peppermint mocha💜 thanks for sharing this stunning beverage with us
I love Golden Milk but it never occurred to me to make a premade dry mix. That's way better than the sort of pre made paste I was making. Absolutely stealing this. Thank you.

Hey Sadia...Congratulations on your Engagement ❤️❤️That blue powder we call it " Nil Kararodu " in Sri Lanka and we make tea with whole flower just putting in jar of boiled water. If you add some lime juice to it.Its soo refreshing. Can use as a cold drink too..
These recipes are amazing! I'm excited to try out the butterfly pea and the matcha recipes :D! Also, about matcha's bitterness, traditionally, we eat something sweet (wagashi), so that when we drink the matcha, the bitterness balances the sweetness that was left in your mouth by the wagashi. I think wagashi are vegan, so if you can find some in the Netherlands, I recommend trying it with matcha! It's the perfect match :)
I recently discovered your channel and like so many others, I absolutely love your inviting, joyful and approachable perspective on eating well. I just made a batch of the Spiced Golden Latte and tried a cup right away. SO YUMMY! I do not think the batch will last very long ;o) I did not have any vanilla sugar at home, but I added 2 drops of vanilla extract into the cup instead. Turns out it's still sweet enough, since the oat milk is sweet as well. Thanks for the great winter recipe!!
On my way to make all of these ASAP, especially the golden latte ✨ I love how positive you stay, even in the outtakes lol! Wishing the whole PUL team a very happy holiday season

These look so good! The peppermint mocha is going to be a gift I hand out to my whole family this Christmas!
I can’t decide which to try first! Thank you for making my cozy dreams come true 🤩

I love Golden Milk but it never occurred to me to make a premade dry mix. That's way better than the sort of pre made paste I was making. Absolutely stealing this. Thank you.

Hi Sadia , the Butterfly Pea Flower is used in India from thousands of years back for many reasons which has many health benefits
Lovely video for the season and future celebrations 🥰 thank you so much for this!
This is perfect timing ! All the drinks included in the video are my best friends favorites lattes, what a perfect gift !
Yumm, these look so good, I'm making in weekend . Sadia please make a video on your skincare, your skin looks so healthy.
Never stop adding bloopers please 🥺🥺❤️❤️
I recently discovered your channel and like so many others, I absolutely love your inviting, joyful and approachable perspective on eating well. I have young kids and love that many of your baked recipes don't include oil or sugar. You are definitely my go-to resource for simple, delicious and wholesome recipes! Keep up the great work!!
P.S. I really hope there's a physical cookbook in the works :)
Wish I had been online more before the holidays do have seen this! What a beautiful, inexpensive but thoughtful gift !! I will have this on hand for next year or even next occasion. And will definitely be trying myself. Thank you for her again more amazing content.
On my way to make all of these ASAP, especially the golden latte ✨
I love how positive you stay, even in the outtakes lol! Wishing the whole PUL team a very happy holiday season
Hi Sadia ....lots of love from India...congratulations both of you on your engagement...I am a big fan of you ....your simplicity and way of speaking is so sweeettt ...really wish to see you in person one day if possible ...keep creating more videos...

Thanks a lot for sharing! I love drinking latte with organic matcha/cocoa/tumeric powder, but I will try your different innovative drink mixes! Fantastic!
I loved turmeric one, being India feels connected to spices traditions ..
Hele leuke manier om cadeautjes voor bijvoorbeeld de kerst zelf te maken!
