boutta do an extentison ( longer wider 2nd floor on my shed that has power n stuff its i have a huge back yard and i rather put that empty space to used all the time rather than rarely and rent out my main whole house if that makes sense.. beautiuful work

I believe it was with materials for the structural build part only!
Can you share both the old and new house plans
Just watched a bit of this for the first time. Looks like there will not be enough space between the house and neighbors on either side to get any kind of equipment or perhaps even garden furniture into the back garden if ever needed. I wouldn't want that problem in anything i bought.

Depends upon the size of the extension £1500/£1750 per m2 in London

Please work out price per square meter, ie the total spend divided by 93 (92.9m2) ie £500 x 93 is £46.5K.

Im looking to build a small extension 5meters x 3.5m. theres no drains or electrical cables and its a new build property i have and the extension would start at the kitchen patio doors.

These days you are looking around £2,000 per square metre for the structural part of the build; blockwork, drains, roof etc - so perhaps in the region of £35,000 plus VAT.

All I would want is it yo ge wind and water tight and I'll do everything else within the extension. Quiet pricey I was thinking 20k at a push.. maybe I'd be better selling for a bigger house.

suburbs are not supposed to look like that , it was nothing but a lot of mess . Plus I am pretty sure the *owners* will establish some kind of garden cabins etc in the garden , so he has not committed a crime
