Honestly there is no sense to that😂 In earlier ages, only kings used to live in palaces, rest all people used to live in wilderness. The gurus, the learned men used to live in wilderness, which is why people had to go into wilderness to learn, to realise, to feel and to know by themselves.
Today, we have all that written in our scriptures, people like these don't live their whole lives in palaces, if you can even call it palace. They come to their to teach people, to share knowledge with them. This generation wants to sit in AC and learn, obviously gurus will have to adapt😂

Whenever a good person warns or says something good to people, without claiming himself as a representative of god or something like that ..... people always disclaim and dishonour him, they think like he is sick. Later, after some years/decades when they got his point, or suffer with those points, warned by him, they start worship and follow that person.
We have so many examples of this in our history. Javed sir’s words are one of those.

I really have so high regard for you Javedji..for your knowledge , insights and logical points you bring in to such complex issues ..especially against these religious gurus , who no matter what they say are believed as if they are the God. And you are not an atheist rather you are what all religions teach one to be. You stand for humanity, for doing good karma on your own and not serving someone else to do good on your behalf and fighting against the wrong and injustice. You so rightly said that which guru is fighting against the powerful today?? They all are in alignment with the authorities, the powerful people...and then develop more followers saying that see even that powerful person is my follower. How conveniently we have forgotten the true essence of each tradition of ours , like the Govardhan pooja we do, we have forgotten that Lord Krishna only told the villagers to stop praying the powerful Indra to feed his ego, rather pray the mountain which is the source of your earning, wellbeing and life. Don't know how many more fraud gurus need to be exposed before a common man stops to look upon to them. I feel our scriptures are so rich, if only each human just reads our religious texts and try to understand its true meanings themselves rather than looking on to these gurus for its interpretation, it would make them a completely different evolved human beings.

I wonder at the IQ of Javed Aktar. Scientifically speaking, human psychology says it's normal for humans to believe in supernatural concepts even if the concepts are false beliefs, sometimes it's even necessary. This man is trying to change the basic brain structure of evolution. If you have a hippocampus, an amygdala in the brain, unless traumatized by the concept of a higher power or energy, you'd want to believe in it. Logic starting from illogic.
Yes it's normal for human psychology to believe in supernatural things. Only untill he reads natural science & laws, cause & effect principle & many more scientific things.

Thanks to Aroon Purie for setting up this show as it was a treat watching both the artists ( SRI Sri and Javed ). Some observations :
- Javed was simply brilliant and right on money.
- Sri Sri looked like someone whipped in public with his pants down
- I wish India Today can provide names of the people with captions who were enjoying the points Javed was making to identify the intelligentsia amongst the crowd.
- I have developed high respect for Mittal as he was really loving the innuendos and inferences Javed was drawing on charlatans.
- LOL at the intelligent cameraman and the editor of India Today who punctuated the video focus on Sri Sri who was nervously glancing at the people looking for traces of damage being done by Javed.
Good observation ... Yes, Javed completely nailed it... Everything he said makes complete sense and easy to understand while the Baba went around the circle and had absolutely no substance... total failure... Sadhguru is better when it comes to such debate with his twisted words and vocabulary - not that I follow him - on the contrary, I don't believe in ANY babas..

I think these lecture should be given to illiterate people of India in their own language coz they need to be educated.
