    Arugula is a better choice than spinach for the green smoothie as spinach is higher in oxalates content.

    Try half a banana lightlly sueted in butter with cinnamon and a pinch raw sugar.
    Raw bananas can cause severe bloating.

    • @ladylavie3067

      They're good carbs and oatmeal is protective because of the fiber.

      @ladylavie3067 oatmeal has nearly the same GI as table sugar (sucrose). I would not believe anything this video tells you. We do not need fibre. See Dr Paul Mason.

    • @JulioMacarena
      @JulioMacarena หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@chewiewins it increases your blood glucose needlessly, as there is no daily requirement for carbs or fibre. I believe we're all biased...even you. That doesn't mean we're all wrong.

    • @chewiewins
      @chewiewins หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@JulioMacarenablood glucose isn't enemy, only if high spikes or persistently high. Glucose taken with fiber (& I disagree it is not essential, it is for gut health feeding flora) such as in fruits or mixing things like yogurt to fruits all fine
      We won't agree, I commented to help others with open mind to learn
      And yes, I am biased to plant based whole food (not a vegan, I eat oily fish and enjoy occasional meats). Evidence is there to support all this
      Not just cancer but cardiovascular health and dementia reduction.
