You also need to be careful about green teas though as it has its own caffeine so you may not need to have additional caffeine (the tea may be enough). Otherwise you may run the risk of having too much caffeine (although the daily recommended limit is high IMO, at around 400 mg). I think it should be more like 100-200mg tops personally (I only drink about 100mg -- so 1 cup of coffee if I'm gong to drink any caffeine at all, and I don't even drink that every day).

before you jump to resistance and hate comments, this is not a religious debate, just sharing our experience and what I notice around me. So, In Islam, we have an entire month a year, where we must fast for the whole day, from dawn to sunset. And even when breaking fast, we are advised not to eat abondently. Plus, it's instructed (not obligatory) to keep fasting Monday and Thursday. I did notice some people and even family members that keep fasting around the year (Mondays and Thursdays, or one of them) are very healthy , very energetic and mentally strong.

johnny wrote, _"all we needed was this video and 13hrs."_
I understand that you're going though a painful experience, at least you were when you posted your comment. For what it may be worth, I'm truly sorry that you're dealing with such a difficult situation.
To be clear, the video doesn't say that everyone, no matter what kind of cancer they may have, and at what stage it was discovered, will follow the protocol be cured of all cancer in 13 hours. It says that it *starts* that process in as little as 13-hours. There are many different kinds of cancer, and some respond more, some less, to various interventions. But whatever the specific circumstances surrounding your mom's diagnosis, the information in the video is useful.
It's also worth mentioning that our attitude plays a role in our ability to fight disease, and even to remain healthy in the first place. From placebo effects to epigenetic mechanisms, our mental and emotional states play an important role in our overall well-being.
Ideally, people would see a video like this and decide to put into practice the advice it contains. Because, as the old saying goes, 'an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure'. It's probably the case that it's much more effective to provoke the body into autophagy on a regular basis, so that it can do it's 'cellular cleanup' regularly, and ideally, killing the cancer cells before they've multiplied beyond the 'quietly lurking' phase.
Sadly, not everyone gets information like this before they get ill and so they must start from where they are in that moment. Heck, some do get the information while there's still plenty of time to eradicate the 'cells gone mad'.
I know it's been a couple weeks since you posted your comment. I hope you're all doing as well as possible. This, too, will pass; hang in there.

    • @MrRondonmon

She is talking about getting rid of the BAD CELLS which cause cancer. This seems to be one of those computer based channels, someone is using her teaching an d placing their title on it, she's is simply saying this causes the body to eat its bad cells. A UK study 10 years ago found that fasting 72 hours cause the IMMUNE SYSTEM to reboot, its true. Her teaching is proper. some jackleg, probably from overseas, is trying to get views and placing the title. Her info is correct.

Then I did a first 24 hours hard dry fast (no handwashing, no teeth brushing, no water contact at all, because skin absorbs water) and continued with 48h waterfast.
Last time I did 48 h hard dry fast.
Hard dry fast gives you the benefits 3times as fast as a waterfast.

Your program sounds great and I basicall follow it pretty closely. The only thing I would question, is the coffee. Coffee leeches the minerals calcium and magnesium, interferes with the action of Vitamin A and then there's the caffeine which causes a multiple of health problems. Since there are so many other sources of Autophagy, I would just leave it out of my diet
