And doctors tell people not to eat kale and other dark leafy greens. Because it interfere with the drugs you have to take. Instead of working with you and lower your meds untill you don't need it.

I loved the very useful info of what strengthen vision and brain health. My Notes of foods enhancing blood flow, brain health and vision:
Kale(Lutein and zeathantin) , watercress ( lutein, zeathantin, C vitamin) red bell pepper ( lots of vit C) broccoli ( lutein, zeathantin, sulphoraphane) and fruits such as persimmons ( rich in vit C and A crustal for maintaining vision) tomatoes ( high levels of lycopene - reduce the risk of macular degeneration and strengthen brain health) , strawberries ( can reduce inflammation and help manage stress, organic strawberries have higher levels of elagic acid and anti honing that function as blood vessel tamers, mother natures natural wound healing - eating just one cup of organic strawberries for six days improve memory and mild cognitive decline ) cut down or avoid sodas ( both diet sodas and regular sodas) avoid ultra processed foods as chips avoid ultra processed meats ( increases stomac cancer) … eat primarily organic whole plant foods 🍀💚🐸

    The Eyes/Vision of God is
    Wisdom

But if you have undergone an eye operation I suppose you cannot do it

Go vegan for your health, whole food plant based.
Go vegan for the animals. Go vegan for the planet. Go vegan and be healthier and happier.
A lower risk of heart disease and cancer for you and a better planet for everyone, human and animals.
Eating healthy is not a diet it is a healthy life style.
Go out and look around. The vast majority of people you see are obese or al least over weight.
People do not need to be fat shamed BUT being over weight is not healthy and leads to a host of illnesses.
When you look around you can see all the unhealthy people without taking a blood test or a fitness test
"NORMAL" for the average American is "UNHEALTHY" The health of society is in decline.

I think it's fantastic that you're interested in finding ways to improve health and well-being! You're absolutely right about nutrition playing a vital role, and research on moringa's potential is definitely worth exploring. While some studies are promising:www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/319916
More research is needed to confirm all its benefits.
In the meantime, it's great that you're consulting your doctor and trying new things to see what works for you. It's important to be open-minded while also being realistic about results. I admire your curiosity and willingness to explore options! health.clevelandclinic.org/zeaxanthin
