I am 67 years old I only ue reading glasses where there is not enough light. This I suppose becsuse I use a drop.of lemon juice regularly. But you can imagine how it burns but after a few minutes it's soothes and you do the next one

Processed food manufacturers need to hear from consumers that less ADDED sugar, oil and salt is wanted in their food products. Why is there so much added sugar in everything, even bread.
