The sweet potato brownies. Thank you for the recipes
The video on cranberries is showing red currents. That’s not how cranberries look when they grow.
Fun fact- desserts spelled backwards is you guessed it, Stressed🥴
Great fact!
Dark chocolate has tons of heavy metals, even the organic brands. So does cacao. So please really check the levels before eating a lot of this.
What bothers me about this is the high level of carbohydrates. I saved my life, cured my diabetes, stopped inflammation, and lost 85 pounds on the carnivore diet. If I ate this much carbs I’d be spiking insulin like crazy, putting on weight, and suffering from severe inflammation. I will get the dark chocolate and cranberries provided the dark chocolate is available with allulose and not sugar
Absolutely. Maple syrup 🤦♀️ honey 🤦♀️
Really ????
totally agree!
I agree. There is so much conflicting infomation on what is benficial. I suppose it is all driven by $$$.
This desserts are aimed at getting high antioxidants into your diet to combat aging, it’s not for diabetics, just google diabetic recipes
@@Rach_-wq5me diabetics become diabetics because they eat sugar. Sugar is deadly for everyone. Please do more research before you make such statements implying sugar is OK for people who are not diabetic. Where do you think diabetics come from? Unless you’re a type one and born with it, type two is acquired from eating sugar and carbohydrates.
Dr Li. Thank you for your great coverage concerning stem cell research. So important. Thank you so much and your knowledge and research is great. God bless you and what you do for others!
Glad it was helpful!

Thank you❤
Glad you liked the video!
The number one thing for me is that it contains few calories and even fewer carbohydrates , so I like fruit desserts and dark chocolate ones.😋🍪🍩🍓🫐🍎🍒🫶
Exactly!
fruit too high in sugar..makes you fat and insulin resistant! This is bullshit.
Thank you for this informative video!
Glad it was helpful!
Great, thank you 😊
You're welcome 😊
Love the sweet potato brownie would love to see the recepy in transcrip to make it😅
I tried them but they came out more like fudge. It was good though.

Yes, more recipes please 🙏
More to come!
Great desserts and information ....great to eat desserts and improve you health .
Thank you!
Thank you for this informative video! The blueberry crisp sounds delicious and packed with antioxidants. It's great to learn how something so tasty can also promote stem cell regeneration. Keep up the great work!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great!
I would love to see the recipes
They all sound wonderful, I think my favorite would be blueberry crisp or chocolate cranberries. I gave up deserts years ago so these would be awesome to have ready to go
Maybe search on TH-cam
More recipes please.
Will do!
It’s easier for me to fast.
I would swap out the rolled oats in the bluberry pecan recipe for TVP to keep it low carb high protein.
I’ve never tasted TVP. Do you think the flavor of the recipe would still be decent with this substitution?
@vitazenhealth TVP takes on the taste of whatever you want. I used it to replace my oatmeal during my weight loss journey. I love oatmeal, but it was just too high in carbs & calories. I used hot water to rehydrate my 1/2 C TVP 1/4 C soy milk , 2 dates, topped with berries, and it was delicious. I also use it in savory dishes too. Especially dishes that use ground beef. So, use it for tacos, meatballs, and sloppy Joe's. Plus, TVP is a good source of not only protein but iron, magnesium, & phosphorous. 1/2 Cup serving
Oatmeal. TVP

5 g protein. 24 g protein
3 g fat. 0.5 g fat

4 g fiber. 9 g of fiber
Vitamin C & antioxidants in fruits & Cacao are very heat sensitive n easily destroyed by it. So can we really reap the benefits except when we eat them raw and cold

These look so yummy. Guilt free! More recipes please!
There's quite a bit of MISLEADING information in the video..
How so?
@@vitazenhealth Oats are good for health. Sorbet can cause liver fat. Vitamin C oxidates at the presence of oxygen and there's more. Cacao has to be organic, otherwise you poison yourself with cadmium.
Blue berries just too exp..and almond milk also too exp..but wil try these receipes..fr our health thank u sir..
No problem!
Not as expensive as living a shorter life…
@@cherylmcnutt9905 oh yes very true our health is mor imp then the money

@@lindap232 that’s awesome. What’s your recipe for your own almond milk?

I can't tolerate the sugar and caffeine in chocolate.Sugar and all high carbohydrate foods give me hypoglycemic headaches and caffeine gives me caffeine withdrawal headaches
I can understand how that would be really tough for you. It sounds like you have to be very mindful about your diet to avoid those unpleasant symptoms. Have you found any good alternatives that you enjoy?
Can diabetics eat these? Just so no one comes on here n thinks it's ok to eat them if it's not thank you dr
please give the hot cocoa recipe
Which recipe are you referring to?
@@vitazenhealth theyve talked about hot cocoa before, so for hot cocoa
Nice video. BUT Almond Milk doesn't have Vitamin D naturally. Those producing it ' ADD' ** D** Some counties don't add vitamins to their products. E.G. Sri Lanka
Thanks for sharing
Yes, regular consumption of high levels of sugar and other quickly digested carbohydrates is the key to a long healthy life.
I can NOT stand dark chocolate. I would not consider this to be a desert because it is not sweet.

There is a comment by a viewer, that dark chocolate has lot of metals. Is this true. Your idea about this, please
Dark chocolate contains trace amounts of metals like lead and cadmium, absorbed from the environment by the cocoa plant. The levels can vary, but are generally considered safe for moderate consumption by health standards. To ensure safety, opt for brands that test for and minimize heavy metal content.
@@vitazenhealthHow can we determine which brands test fir metals or how to recognize if testing for metals were done?
@@acs5008Consumer Reports magazine has done a study with brand ratings.
@acs5008 I have read elsewhere that the Ghirardelli brand of chocolate tests for heavy metals and is the safest. They are a little more expensive than some others, but not not excessively, and I have found them on sale at times.
@@ruthfarvardin8532 Thanks! 😊 I like that brand.

ALWAYS great to be well and feel well. But this body only lasts so long ... we are MADE to rust! Eat well. Better yet. Choose LIFE. Choose Jesus. TIme is running out.
Made to rust...aww I love that...I'm not rusty yet, but I'll embrace the rustiness, if and when it arrives! 💚
Solid pass. That's A LOT of oxalates! And the fear of saturated fat is ignorantly idiotic
sounds like an industry funded ai generated promo for all the foods health advocates are saying to limit or avoid... high oxalate sweet potato, almonds, sugar rich fruits etc etc
Difficult to take seriously a video with a spelling mistake - comming - in the opening shot. And the flavour in Early Gray tea is bergamot not orange. I know this is only youtube but facts is facts.
As Dr. Li states in the video, bergamot is a “bitter” orange.
Facts are facts.
Not all chocolate has polyphenols but most chocolate is loaded with cadmium. That isn’t good. Research
Fewer carbs. Obviously you dont know that all your cells and all your organs run on glucose. Time to get educated
These are healthy carbs and most desserts are carbs, if you don’t like carbs just don’t eat desserts simple, I don’t have diabetes or weight problems so I’m happy to indulge in these delicious healthy desserts as a weekend treat with my family and they contain no dairy or sugar
I m not impressed with HARVARD TRAINED
