    Mushrooms
    Avacodos
    Green leafs vegetables
    Omega 3 fatty acids

    For Hormonal balance eat:
    1) Protein- from fish, chicken, legumes, meat (beef, pork and other red meat)
    2) Colorful veggies (bell peppers, carrot, chard etc.), brassica family (broccoli, kale, brussel sprouts and other sprouts) and green leafy veggies
    3) Mushrooms
    4) Avocados
    5) Omega 3 fatty acids- oily fish: salmon, mackerel, sardines, cod, haddock, shellfish, kelp etc.
    From plants: chia seeds, flaxseed, walnuts
    Can get from fish oil supplements.

    Avocado purée, simply made with crushed avocado, freshly squeezed organic lemon juice and a pinch of good quality salt, vegetable salt (Herbamare) or fleur de sel ! 😋
    Beware of commercial table salt: most of them contain a lot of sugar too !

      Stop caffeine or coffee. Green tea in morning is better. Go research this. It's a damned drug that depletes magnesium and other nutrients cranking Cortisol. It's imperative. Look how most all elderly people water down caffeine or can't drink it anymore. Notice that NOBODY will tell you this. Coffee is the 2nd most traded commodity on the stock market. It's wrecking your sleep and causes anxiety. Removing caffeine will regulate appetite and you won't be as hungry. Plus your teeth and eyes and skin will look healthier due to quality sleep and whiter teeth naturally.

      I like to use Lions mane mushrooms. Cut into little chunks and bread like chicken strips and they taste like popcorn chicken
