Dr. Boz will write a prescription for a fee. I found the coupon online and CVS honored both. I used mine to keep my glucose low during therapeutic ketosis and to monitor spikes from chemo infusions while fasting. I am now RESOLVED of all tumors from stage 3 endometrial cancer. Thank you Prof Thomas Seyfried 😊👍🥳

But what did you do to tweak your diet so your BS wasn’t dipping low? Can you share practically?

I used a CGM for a while. I think it was the libre freestyle 3. I was getting false low readings when there was pressure on the sensor. I sleep on my side and every time I'd roll over to the side with the sensor that thing would wake me up saying my blood sugar was plummeting. It was so annoying.

When I had a CGM, I learned that during stress (just a really uncomfortable conversation), my glucose spiked really high. I didnt eat 3 hours beforehand and my glucose was very level up until the stress event. Also, during work hours, my glucose was 10-15 points higher than after. It was very interesting to see.

Wow, this is great news. Thank you so much. I actually have been using Nutrisense CGM for the last two years and had to quit because it’s just too expensive. Thanks so much for letting us know about a more cost-effective way!

I use the Freestyle Libre 14 day. I'm insulin dependent diabetic. It's about $39 a month for the buttons, and I just use the monitor that came with it. My phone wasn't smart enough for it to work with the app.
