Please, Allow me to ask a couple of question about the Carnivore diet .(Sorry if i already posted before but i dont know what to do) : I am now over 200 days into a Strick Carnivore diet (I only eat meat and eggs. Nothing else but 500-600g of COCKED meat plus 7-8 eggs in a day. All Divided in 2 meals) I am now 35 years old, 181cms tall, 180lbs(+-81,5kg) at +-22%BF. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week.(lift weigths to help sustain or increase muscle mass and assist fat loss- HIT Workouts) I started the Carnivore diet to improve my body composition. I was a HEALHTY guy with NO chronic illnesses or health problems. I lost about 17 lbs(8kg) in the first 9 weeks (Mostly water) but since then I haven't been able to change my body composition. I have now gone more than 8 weeks without registering any body changes (weight loss, decrease in BF% or measurements like waist, legs, arms and neck ).In fact i have gained 2,5 lbs(1KG between weeks 10-12, but it might be just water. I still need to lose at least another 15lbs of fat to reach my goal of being below 15%BF. However, I don't see how the Carnivora Diet will facilitate this process. I have not experienced most of the benefits common to Carnivores (Improved sleep, more energy/disposition, etc.) nor have I changed my body composition significantly I am now over 12 weeks with no body fat lost. So I would like to ask a few question about the Carnivore diet: 1- How long should I extend my experience with the Carnivore diet to be able to lose the excess bodyfat I still have?(at least 15lbs of fat) 2- What is the minimum time you should maintain a Carnivora diet when it is not working for you?(how many weeks or months) 3-Is the Carnivore diet effective for those who are aldreay healthy and just need to improve body composition? I am affraid this way of eating is too restrictive, for a healthy person, with no aditional benefit from any other whole food diet. PS: Most of my time as a Carnivore i have not experience most Carnivore benefits or lost any body fat. Also, Sorry for any grammar mistake, i am Brazilian and english is not my first language. Thank you for your attention!.
I appreciate the fact that you gave suggested times for those who don't have a thermometer, altho I can see their advantage. I'm definitely trying ALL of those recipes! Adorable puppy! ❤
Love the puppy! We have a min pin which looks like a miniature Doberman. Her name is Bean and she is only 7 lbs full grown! They can be a lot of work but soo worth it!!
Your baby is so cute!! I had a miniature pincher who was my baby. Now, my younger brother has a 12 week old pit terrier. Pinchers are such loyal breeds. I know you're going to raise her to the best Carnivore baby ever ❤❤❤❤❤
I always love your videos and I am so happy for you and your new pup! One suggestion for crate training, try keeping a bowl of her food near you and give her a piece every 30 seconds of quiet, do that for a few reps and then start going for longer stretches until she is quiet for minutes at a time. Keep reinforcing the quiet calm in her crate with at least one of her meals a day and I guarantee you will see results. Dobermans are so smart, as quickly as they can learn good habits, they can learn bad ones. Keep your chin up! You're doing great and your puppy is SO loved ❤
Just found you in a liver video from a year ago… new to this and need to get that Liver in be Your look wonderfully healthy, must be working ! I’m gonna finish my 3 eggs, steak , bacon. Thanks for the recipes !
We had a min pin … unfortunately we couldn’t handle the breed & re homed him where he lived the rest of his life . We now have a golden retriever & no issues with this breed . Best of luck , min pins are a ton of work ❤looks like Dakota is a full Doberman though 🌸
Anyone else have trouble consuming redmonds on foods because of the stony granules in it? I can only use it in water where the minerals dissolve and the stoney remnants stay in the bottom of the glass and I can rinse them away later. 😐
Great simple food meal preps. I like how you just used only salt and that was enough for seasoning. Jen, love your new puppy so adorable. Had a doberman growing myself named Panzer. Great loving dogs.🤗🐾🐾
They didn't sponsor this video. But there are lots of Temu products that I like and if they were willing to sponsor a video in the future, I would certainly let them.
Temu is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and has an average rating of two-and-a-half out of five stars. Many recent complaints about Temu on the BBB website say that items never arrived or took weeks or even months to arrive.Dated May 23, 2024
You've to crop their ears around 8-10 weeks old. If you don't do this procedure their ears will be droopy and won't look right on this breed. Do your research before leaving another stupid comment.
Need more of your videos Jen - you’re the best carnivore advisor on TH-cam. Hope you’re doing well.
Jen.....what happened? People follow you, and no updates
Where are you Jen? Hope everything is ok.
Hi Jen, I miss you 😔
Hope everything is going well, new puppy can be a lot of work.
My Doberman had floppy ears. It didn’t affect his aggressive protection of his family.
Where did u go?

Bean! So cute!!!
How hard is it to clean the inside of the air fryer where all the grease drips? Thanks
Easy. It just wipes right out! The metal rack can be a little harder to clean if I don't do it right away, but then I just soak it for a bit.
@@delightedtomeatyou thank u for answering
Jen, hope you’re ok.
I love the new puppy! She is beautiful!! Did your other doberman pass away? If you already covered this I am sorry and must have missed that. 😢
No, Lucy is alive and well . One of the best parts of having the new puppy is how much Dakota and Lucy love each other!!!
Is Lucy still thriving on the meat diet?? I've been wanting to ask
@@SketchedbySteyes! She’s still a lumpy girl but I’m not sure she’d have even made it this long if we hadn’t changed her diet

Thank you for the delicious recipes and your puppy is adorable ❤
Thank you!!!
Every recipe looked incredible! You’re cooking (and eating) like a QUEEN! Thank you for the ideas. 😊
You are so welcome! Thank you for watching!
Thanks! I think that was just a sirloin tip roast not a tri tip, tri tips are not laced up and are flat and triangular.
Her ears ❤
I was curious about that myself, but I swear the label said sirloin tri tip roast....or maybe it didn't and I'm delirious from lack of sleep ???
I love Dobermans..at one time in my life I had 3. 😂 At least they don't shed much. Thank you for some new idea for cooking in my air fryer.❤

I love the Doberman, I had 11 dogs and they were a handful especially when I cook my steak in the air fryer and have to share 😅

Ms Jen , you heard any thing about metal contamination from the cords used on an air fryer ?
Thank you!! What a cute dog. We have five fur babies.

every now and again, I’ll get a weird little little sandy bite, but I guess it just doesn’t bother me
Yes! I got so frustrated I threw it away and bought Pink Himalayan salt instead.
@@conniejoosten4627 Lol, I did that before! I use pink Himalayan as well now. 😊
Get your Scallops with the roe on. So much more tasty.

Dobermans are the best aren't they!?!
May i please ask, where you buy your cuting board?. I love it❤ thank you❤
I love it too! A friend made it.
OMG I remember being a puppy mom. Bless your heart lol. She's adorable though!
Thank you. It's so hard!!!

WHY would anyone do that to there dogs ears ? NEVER did understand that crap!! And you say you "love her" ...
WHY do you have to be an annoying commenter?? NEVER did i understand why people do that crap!!
@@undeadsophie3421 They do it because they're unhappy with their own life.

Cruelty at its worst
Ear cropping is considered inhumane and is illegal in all states of Australia.
You are looking sooo good!
Oh thank you!
Thank you 😎
You're welcome 😊
What happened to Lucy???
Nothing happened to her. She’s still there.
Yep, Lucy is still alive and well. And she's got a little more pep in her step since she got a new little sister!
So happy to hear that ☺️
