- In this video, I give you the Best Doughbait Recipe to catch carp, buffalo & catfish. You can catch multiple species from this recipe, including, catfish, buffalo, and carp. I am sure this recipe would even catch trout! I have been using this recipe for over 15 years and I can't think of a time that this dough bait didn't produce fish. This doughbait is easy and simple to make. I am going to try my best to put out more how to videos. I hope yall enjoy this easy recipe!

forgot hot sauce. put hot sauce around hook before mashing together, just a couple of drops will do it..

We've always just used oatmeal, and it works but doesn't stay on hook long. This seems like it will work much better. I will definitely give it a try. Now I bet, I just bet if you tip a crappie jig with the garlic mixture like a nibble it's gonna be on. Just sayin!!! We appreciate you brother.

Thank you for your sharing, may I ask what is in between your main line and leader line and why this help in this setup?. Is this a bead with split sinker?
Yes it is. I usually use a bead to help guide the sinker. I only use a small sinker if there is too much current to get the bait to the bottom quicker. Thanks for watching! God bless!

Usually 1-2 cast depends on the bite.
Looks like a good recipe! I'm going to have to try it out. I do know the Cats & Buffalo love cottonseed cake as my dad use to bait holes with it when I was a kid & it would really bring them in from far & wide!😊👍

Refrigerator. Usually will last a week.

Catfish for some reason seem to like the koolaid, especially the red koolaid.

It can be stored in the fridge for a period of time! Then you can add water to get it back where you want it.

You can make small medium and large sacks, by putting that into pantyhose and tie it off. It will keep it all together. You can use whatever hook you want. It works really well and does great where there’s current.

I couldnt find cotton seed meal but have seen other videos where people recommend powdered bran flakes as a replacement. I'm making a batch right now with this sub, I'll update you whenever I get to fish it!
