Brandon, after working in both insurance and auto sales I can assure you that both are outbound businesses. People aren't lining up to buy insurance or cars. You've got to go looking for them and apply the same prospecting process as you do in real estate. The winners are the ones that follow a proven system like you teach. 👍

Be an assistant to a successful agent, learn their process and their structure and replicate it, tweak little but that's the way to succeed. Throwing yourself right in is a mistake especially with poor guidance like that.
I feel ya, but we must remember that we are starting our OWN business from the ground up. We are blessed to find some free nuggets like this. There are SO many resources for us to pull from…successful agents that are willing to share, TH-cam, books, our brokerage (maybe), etc. I’ve found that I’m a “professional student” 😂; I get stuck in the “learning” and I know I just need to DO it.

It’s meaning the seller is already half way to paying full commission on a sale. If they are willing to work with a buyers agent it’s a good possibility they will in the long run work with a listing agent as well
Great video but. 100 conversations a day thats not physically possible. 10 five minute conversations in one hour is ten hours just on the phone. Nevermind the time it takes to look up and dial and inbetween no answers
I think the guy said it wrong, the goal is to achieve 3 to 4 solid conversations a day for 30 days. At peak its 4×30= 120, so I think he meant 100 conversations a month not a day
What I would do to afford working with you, in any shape way or form. I'm slowly overcoming or trying to overcoming my call reluctance, but I just can't so far. I have typed up probably 20-30 of your videos scripts, even one of your listing appt videos I typed it up from start to finish to practice and then make it into my own, but I still have this call reluctance issue. I know this is what I need to be doing, probably all of us know to some degree we should be doing calls, if not driving leads to us which I'm also working on, but I find, sometimes just downloading the numbers from vulcan or remine, and cross checking trying to get complete neighborhood lists, sometimes that alone deters me from making phone call number 1. I've even tried saying, Meshell just make 5 calls today vs. the zero you normally make, and still nothing Brandon. I am all day a people person, and build rapor with people, and honor where they're at, and am in many ways, not your typical Realtor as I'm a straight shooter and absolutely hate sales people, but still Brandon, nothing. Maybe I'm just a lost cause in the cold calling area, but I can't afford to be with my financial situation and life circumstances, I just know I can be a rock star at this, and crush it, but just can't. YOur videos, your advice, your no bullshit attitude, and your willingness to want to help us Realtors out here in this doggy dog world of Real Estate I love so much, is so critical, so thank you for all you've done to help me, without even knowing me! Your an angel in my world, in my Real Estate world that is! lol take care
