Mind blown that one agent can manage this type of production. I can’t even comprehend how to be available and serve well at any kind of respectable level to that many clients, past, present and future on any given day

I come to realize with a broad research of lead generation styles. Everything works. Specific tactics are more effective is certain markets. I see D2D guys very successful, I see cold callers hugely successful, I see internet marketing lead gen. massively successful, in house-in person, mailing etc.. Everything works... Just a matter of reps and handling rejections and bouncing back to the pavement.

    • @BrandonMulrenin

You’re exactly right. Everything works if the agent is consistent.

Sounds great. A key piece of information is always missing in all of these great videos. What is the source of people to call? Where does one get a list from which one can conceivably have 30-40 conversations a day, 5 days a week, month after month? I strongly suspect is a paid service but no one ever mentions where the names and ph# come from. It reminds me of several network marketing high rollers I've known.

Absolute gold. Funny thing is that he literally gave the "secrets" to how to be a high producing agent in the next 10 years. The literal blueprint. And he did it with confidence.
People have a better chance of winning the lottery than following this consistently over a long enough period of time for it to even make a difference.
I joined the Marines off a date and stayed in long enough to retire. Now I'm looking for the next thing. I just bought my course last night and will have my license by the end of April. I will be hitting you up in May because I know EXP is where I want to hang my hat.

    • @vishalg90

In India, listings/exclusive listing concept doesn't work or if at all, only let's say with bigger players. And most of the buyers/sellers, try to negotiate with agents for brokerage by citing example of other agents who charges less. I have a strict policy of not giving up easily to such demands. I always put my foot down by saying with discounted brokerage comes half ass service.
But all in all, in India brokerage is still an unorganised sector, which is why most agent here make do with whatever percentage client wants to pay.
