Love Tom's handlers great stuff. Something that I would like to add in here. Anytime the seller starts throwing out things like my neighbor just sold for X. Stop and ask the Seller to share the address of that property so we can boot up the computer and see if that's true.

FSBO Tries to undercut commission for a buyer's agent.....I had the buyer. Commission was $9500, FSBO wanted me to take $5000.....how do you handle that one?
@@LivingInBaldwinCounty Sigh. They paid the Seller’s broker x% and the broker split the commission fee with the Buyer broker, who in turn paid the Buyer agent. It still works out that the Seller paid that entire fee.
those tiffany lamps are ridiculous! please people... depersonalize the property you wish to sell, and hire a maintenance man to repair and paint the little things. Buyers eat with their eyes.!
