This is one of the many reasons why I follow you and take your advice! I haven't got time to engage in overexaggerated, overcomplicated moves that are not going to target the areas I want that will benefit the most! Keeping it simple but effective (also I cannot do these stupid reverse moves because my balance is so rubbish anyway😂).

Love this video Savannah! Would love to see an upper body version too! I work out from home and stick to the basics. I also have full access to the gym I work at. Love reverse lunges for glutes! Currently doing walking lunges in my program. Been lifting for more than 20 yrs and into fitness for over 30yrs! I love your approach to using basic exercises to build glutes. Progression and diet are key! I keep track of all my workouts. I believe this helps greatly to progress and let's me know exactly what works and what doesn't for me. Great video Savannah!
