I came to your channel through the video in which you defeated Merijn with the 120kg squat challenge. I thought that was impressive, but what you achieved here is beyond impressive!! Greetings and much respect from the Netherlands
wow, look at the size of those leg muscles, just wow, that was brutal, such stunning form and so heavy ! ! i respect anyone who can squat through that much pain.
You are insane! My 5rm is 100kg so I have no shot of doing this anytime soon. Great demonstration of strength, perseverance and accomplishment. WELL DONE
Girl, no belt and sleeves too! What a beast doing all that volume with no sleeves or belt! If I try this challenge with the 225 pounds..I’ll probably use at least my sleeves or belt and it’ll still kick my ass! Great job girlie!❤️💪
I felt horrible lol.. usually soreness starts to come up on day one and peaks day two, but this time the real soreness came up about 1h post workout and was intense from the start. I only had one other workout last week, so I guess that explains enough. I'd say 5 days of intense (next level) soreness, then I finally felt my legs recovering.
Did you go into calorie surplus for the rest of the week? Also, you had not barbell squatted for a long time before that… first thing I thought was that you were going to be sore for a week 😅
i like how the goal was 100 and you hit 101. that whole mentality and shear will to complete that one extra rep after all that is the reason why you were able to do the first 100. squat posture is picture perfect and depth on point throughout the whole session too. quite remarkable. quads look thick too. congratulations! do it again next week 2kg heavier lol. j/k.
Honestly, thank you so much!! 👊🏼I'm still amazed myself I didn't give up, but here comes once again a reminder that IF we really want, we can push ourself so far.
My God! Savannah I take my hat off to you. After watching this video I thought "225 pounds is easy for me, let's try 305 for 100". After 17 reps at 305 I had to drop the weight, and then completed the rest at 215 (since my wimp bar is 35 instead of 45 pounds). This weight got my legs really pumped showing I need to train harder going forward. Considering I can squat 450 pounds easy I'm shocked at how hard this challenge is. What's impressive is you used perfect form from start to finish. I'm very impressed, thank you for this video
master class from a true champion and warrior. It takes 100% mental and heart power to achieve such training. You have my admiration and respect. For many you will always be our true female wellness champion!!!
I am powerlifter with 1RM 207,5kg RAW. I have tried 10x10x100kg (no belt, no shoes, no knee sleeves) on vacation and my quads and glutes was on fire for three days!! Exploring Rhodes island was more dificult :D Great job Savannah
To say that I'm impressed - its just to say nothing! There are not so many dudes in this world who can do this. But for lady - its just absolutely magnificent!
Thanks for some more Stella content you were amazing in this challenge you didn’t need to get emotional on your first 101 failure you did it queen keep working blessings
You did good. I do the same type of very intense max-up challenges, it was funny seeing you cry in the last rep, while we get more enraged, yall break down, was very funny to see, rare to see a woman so hard working congrats
A year ago this was inconceivable for me. The other day, I decided to do 5 sets of 10/225. I felt strong and got 51 reps in about 45 minutes. 54 years old. I realize that this goal is achievable for the average person
I usually do 225 for 20 at the end of my squats but my top sets are 365for 3x12 but lately going up to 441 and I still would struggle to do this challenge. Well done girl it’s some going is that🎉
💪Hi Savannah, Congratulations. Good challenge, not only physically but mentally. A great feat you accomplished. It’s amazing when we can defeat our mindset of what we can achieve when we apply a positive attitude. 42 mins incredible.💪😀.
If I told you we only ever use 30% of our actual strength. Mentally we make hurdles for ourselves. And if you think it’s purely a feeling of fatigue not actual full fatigue. It’s how we learn to police our thoughts which release an emotional feeling.
Extremely gutsy & impressive effort !!! Very inspiring. I will give it a go one of these days but probably try 50 first to see what the DOMS is like. I am curious what your peak HR was during the challenge according to your Fitbit.
Did something similar some years ago, but another approach: I did 5 reps emom for 20mins. 5 reps don't burn you and you regain power for the next 5 fairly fast. Well done 👌💪
This girl is from another planet. She is so dedicated, positive,so much energy, happiness, hard work, etc…etc…also, her technic is perfect,Tom Platz style . on the top of that, she is very beautiful and her smile is outstanding. God,i wish she would be my soul mate.
Great work, congratulations!! Just thinking... Wouldn't more frequent sets of 5 be less exhausting? Essentially, this is not about fatiguing the muscles as much as possible but instead about delaying the fatigue as long as possible, as well as consistency?
Heard the clichè Rocky soundtrack in my head towards the finish lol Definitely got me pumped up to hit legs today, thanks. Keep up the good work Savannah u beast, if Beauty & The Beast was a person.
Honestly I’m so inspired by you every time!! You’re the best!! Hopefully I will be able one day accomplish this kind of challenge like you❤ keep up the great work🤘🏻
I love this comment and I appreciate you a lot!! 🥹❤️ Ofcourse you will, eventually you’re already able to do it with a lower weight. The body achieved what the mind believes. 💪🏼
My gosh you're amazing I usually do 10 sets of 10 reps with 100 kilos probably 40 minutos maybe but that was like 3 years ago now with this motivation of yours I'm going to trying again wow amazing thank you 🙏 you're an inspiration strong God bless you
i started doing 10 sets after i saw a tom platz video, i do 12-8 reps of 90kg and 85 kg for last 3 im 80kg though so im light ! but i do 5 sets of deadlifts after and 5 sets of hip thrusts and 3 sets of leg press !
Very well done Savannah;-) you put a lot of work into this and pulled it off with determination! congratulations to a beautiful and attractive woman! 🙏🪗✨

Wow! Awesome sav! I really congratulate you! Keep going! You have great energy and incredible physical condition! You lifted 10 thousand kilos! Awesome!
"The theory of consciousness is the journey inward to the center of you" You awakened after this challenge Savannah. It has defined you. You will always find yourself revisiting evolutionary environments. Nothing else will compare. Remarkable performance.
This seemed like the toughest, most grueling thing ever! Hope she took some rest days after that. She clearly knows what she can handle or she wouldn't have even attempted this.
You should place the bar not too much in your neck but more on the shoulder blades. To do that place your arm wider. If not it could be damaging the cervical vertebrae. Many people then use a bar cushion to absorb that pressure. But that still presses on the vertebrae in a negetic way. Unless you have big muscles around the neck area then there is less damage. A bar on the shoulder blades also gives more activation of the gluteal muscles, because you also automatically lean forward a bit more.
Respect for a Great powerful wonen, high reps workshop well to grow. Ween i work out i did combinations in ome rode 12x squat with 220 kg+12x leg press with 450 en than 12x leg extensions ome leg 100 kg, in Total 36 reps, and it works great!
You are amazing, loved watching this, I am squatting 100 at the moment so I have an idea how this must of felt, trying to increase volume so maybe I will try this someday.😂 ❤from UK.
Letzzgoo your my idol ❤❤❤ your the best Im always motivated to hit leg day every time I watch your leg day exercises it makes me fired up and strong letzzgoo ❤️❤️💪🔥 more power to u savannah perez much love from the Philippines 🇵🇭❤️
Amazing! You should do a video with Tom Platz. Also Im sure if your body was given time to adapt to this kind of stimulus you could get your 30 minute goal.
Congratulations for achieving Your goal! I once did this myself nearly 20 years ago and still think it's one of my best sport performances. I needed 33 minutes - and yeah, I'm male. In between I did lay down and nearly took a nap by accident - I was so tired! Because of Your video I'm thinking of doing it again when I turn 50 next year. Not sure if my knees are still up to this kind of stupid fun though! Keep up the good work!
Wow very impressive. I was expecting to see some 90 degree or less bs squats but no those were proper deep squats. I'd like to see how many guys can do that with 100kgs. I know I can't.
I've done 250X 100kg in a span of one day @ my best wt of 185lb. Since I've lost wt. Now at 150lbs I can barely lift 100kg. Now I got to try this challenge again, great job very inspiring 👏 🙌
I'm curious about why you decided to do this challenge. Did you prepare for it in some way? I mean like the weeks before progressively overloading approaching to this volume. I will consider doing it in the future definitely!
Impresionante, enhorabuena por el reto, el próximo día intentaré hacerlo también, sólo que al día siguiente tendré que moverme en silla de ruedas😅, saludos desde España!
Tom Platz would be proud.
lol
Absolutely impressive!, a lot of discipline, hard working and determination. Congrats!
Thanks a lot! It’s crazy how far we can push ourself if we only keep believing in our own power. 💪🏼😉
@@prezsavannah you are super humble Savannah but the truth is that you are super beautiful and mega gorgelous and super pretty strong

no need for a belt
Mad respect . Every rep to full depth (not just breaking 90 degrees).
We need an update on how you felt for the next week, muscle soreness wise. I'd imagine 4-6 days of soreness
She probably banged out a light hack squat session the very next day?
I felt horrible lol.. usually soreness starts to come up on day one and peaks day two, but this time the real soreness came up about 1h post workout and was intense from the start. I only had one other workout last week, so I guess that explains enough. I'd say 5 days of intense (next level) soreness, then I finally felt my legs recovering.

Wonder if this was close to getting rhabdo and ending up in a hospital or not at all
Thats beyond impressive! Both, the strength and determination. Great motivation.
