I started teaching aerobics (step included) 25 years ago. Haven’t taught in a while. I am waiting on organ transplant so my exercise has to be different. But this brings back so many memories. And good vibes. So fun! Can’t hang like I used to but gosh it’s fun! Joined live a little late. But I joined right in! Love love it
You're right - Chris's step class is so fun and full of happy energy! Positive thoughts for you to receive your organ transplant asap. A dear friend received a kidney a year ago and it has truly been life-saving.
Time flew during this one! I recognized these 2 from the Niagara Falls workout I did a few days ago! Although I remember them both from prior workouts (who can forget Tara's kicks or Kendra's smile?). I love my Tuesdays because it is step day for me!!!!

Chris, I love your attitude toward fitness and how it's measured. I recently turned seventy, and my measure of fitness is this: I spent last week at the lake with my 7- and 5-year-old grandchildren, and we swam many times every day, went on two hikes, and paddled around in the kayaks. I call that a major success, and it is very much a result of the enthusiasm and encouragement found in your program- you make it such fun to keep up the effort. Thank you very much!!
Thanks Chris!! Some of the things coaches expect of you really does more to demotivate you than ANYTHING else! Your speech this morning (while we were excercising by the way) picked me up again ... THANKS A MILLION! I burned 251 calories and did 3700 steps ... I feel GREAT, no matter what my BMI or scale says!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
After I came up from the "gym" in the basement, my 21-year-old stepson told me how much he'd enjoyed listening to the music in this video. So, not only is this a great step workout, the music is appealing to all ages. Thanks, Chris!

Go Tara with the high kicks! I love what you said about the BMI chart. Just this week I had to input my height and weight into one for my physical therapist, and I also was told I was obese. Even though I know better, it’s still a bit of a shock to see it.
