    This is my go to “I have no idea what to do today, I’m stressed and I can’t think” work out. ….Can you see how many times someone has watched a video, I have to be well over 50 on this one!! The play list is money and it sadly cuts off at the start of the best imagine dragons song. 😭. At this point I’ve started talking along with Chris “30 min, packing a punch” ha ha ha.     Chris - you are an absolute Godsend. I am so grateful to have found you. I'm a 30 year + exerciser, but have to modify a lot of movements these days due to some joint issues. But you have such a wide variety of workouts that it's easy to find something I can do. Many thanks for your generosity and dedication to fitness. I've experienced a lot of instructors, trust me, you're one of the good ones. That's why I'm tuning in 6 days a week (it's hard to stay away!)

    Love fast basic! I add a riser to increase the exertion and it's HARD (for me). As you explained, "basic" doesn't mean low exertion. In fact, a classic L step requires more power than the cute Elvis, and repeated over the bench requires more than backing up. Such great cardio.

    Thanks so much for adding more 30 minute basic classes. I am not a beginner but love having more options for people like me who struggle with the more difficult steps. Shorter classes are helping me get back into a step routine without overdoing it. I sweat so much during this one! I loved the basic steps with the faster pace.     LOVE! Short and sweaty! Since I've been doing your step classes exclusively for cardio, I've noticed that I have way less pain in my back and hips. I think all your different moves give me better mobility and equal strength on both sides. So many different twists and turns and single leg action. Thank you for improving my life!

    I've done a bunch of the slower-paced basic workouts and "mastered" most of the moves so I stepped it up (no pun intended) to this one today and there were a couple of moves I haven't done before. Nevertheless, I made it through and will do again a couple more times next week.
    I'd LOVE more of this faster basic 30 minute workouts! 65 yo goin' strong!

    I thought I would not be able to keep up after seeing 140 bpm, hadn't done your step workouts in a while and I know they are always challenging. But surprisingly I had so much fun, time flew by. Now that I'm no longer working from home, I don't have the luxury of longer workouts, I'm loving these shorter routines 👍😃

    Love these fast basic workouts! I work from home and try to get my workouts done during lunch hour. On busy days I can only squeeze in 30 mins and these fast ones sure do the job AND get me to disconnect from work. If my mind wanders back to work stuff, I miss steps or worse trip over the step (those adrenaline rushes sure help make it to the end tho!)

    I always do a hardcore weight-training workout before step and so these easy but high cardio sessions are perfect for my already tired body. Love these sessions!

    No vest today as we were moving around enough that it wasn't needed. Great class to take in between work calls. Energy booster!! Yes basic, but great for those people that just need a cardio kick for the day to hit their goals.

    LOVE these "Fast Basic" workouts! I'm improving my fitness level and being able to go faster and not having to stop because I am getting mixed up on the advanced choreography lets me focus my energy on just 'gutting through' the faster session. THANKS CHRIS!

    After doing your fast basic class live this week (after being a int/adv stepper only), I enjoyed it enough to come back and try an older one. There's something to be said about going easy on the choreography, but fast on the feet. I could my heart rate up by adding an extra riser, and boost the intensity of the moves-which is hard to do in the more advanced classes where you have more intricate choreography.. Thank you!

    Can't make a lot of the live classes this week so have been digging into some of my favourite classes. This one was great as I wasn't really feeling it but managed to convince myself I could do 30 mins and by the end of it I wanted more and was feeling great! Thanks Chris!
