I wish drone batteries lasted longer. I'd love to get into it but I really can't justify spending 2 hours charging for 6 mins of use. Are there any advancements being made in that field recently? Will it change soon?
Bro the trick is to get a lot of batteries. U can get 10 2s batts for $80 , 30 min to charge them all 20 min in the sky. The real pain is swapping them, you’ll be better of getting the avata fly more kit. I bought mine used for $800
@@Gliiitch305 That's the timing I'd like to see! When you say the pain is swapping them is it like you get x times 6 min flights depending on how many batteries you have or do you send the drone up with multiple batteries and get the 20 mins flight in one go?
@@raxleigh3981 one battery at a time unfortunately that’s why it’s a pain to keep landing it, you can’t go too far without having to bring it back. That’s why I suggest getting the avata u can fly for 13 min per battery. I have 3 total
@@raxleigh3981 the dji avata 2 is releasing soon. I suggest purchasing a dji controller 2 and if you have a pc u can play simulators like “lift off” so u can see how the drone handles. There’s def a learning curve but by doing that you’ll be a beast by the time u get a drone
They’re certainly different drones aimed at different people FlyLens85 flies much better than the iflight Defender20 but requires an understanding of setup as you have to install O3 yourself, know how to charge batteries etc. iflight have gone for a beginners approach making everything as easy as possible and coming RTF
